Based on Yelp reviews I decided to take a dress here to be dry cleaned. The gentleman who assisted me couldn't have been any nicer! I came in yesterday (Thursday) and asked if it were possible to have my dress ready by Saturday morning. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and was hoping to not run into delays like I have at other cleaners. He said he would have it ready by Friday after 6pm, even better! I arrived today around 6:30pm and he greeted me with a smile, dress in hand as promised. I loved how quick and efficient he was and didn't even need to ask for my receipt. This is THE PLACE to have your cleaning done! I have no idea what the process is he uses, but you will not have the typical "dry cleaned" odor. The quality of work is excellent! Need your items done quickly? It can be done. One of the friendliest business owners in Duarte. We just got several panels of curtains cleaned and they look new. Best in Town! I've been to every DC in Duarte and this Hands Down is the best in service and quality. These guys are old school...awesome customer service, a standard 2-3 day turn around, clean scented laundry & low prices! C'mon they individually wrap my dress shirts well two per wrap but each shirt has its sleeves tucked into the middle. If I were you I would dump the others in the area...especially the one in the Target strip mall (they literally take you to the cleaners) These guys are the best...I guarantee it! p.s. spend more than $10 to avoid cc surcharge or pay cash absolutely worth it! read more

After four days I came to pickup my clothes and notice immediately that one of the coats had dog hair and the sleeves were still dirty. The other two coats still has stains and horizontal seating marks on the back side. It really seemed that they only ironed to make it look like if it was dry cleaned. It is very disappointing because there excuse is that is not new and is no guaranteed. I can't believe not even one items was dry cleaned properly and they still want to charge for dirty clothes. read more

Hello, I am not one to leave negative reviews at all, because I know we all make mistakes from time to time and accidents happen. However, I couldn't let this one go. So I brought my brand new $385, tags attached chiffon royal blue dress to Nature's Cleaners on 12/05/2016 because my little niece spilled sauce all over the bottom half. The guy, I believe Armen is his name was super confident he could get the stain out as much as possible and it would be ready in a week. A week and a half later I pop in to pick up my dress and Armen says, it's not ready, and since I didn't go sooner, he decided to give it one more go. I asked if he was having luck getting the stain out, and super confident he replied, "oh yeah yeah, it's looking good." So then on 12/21/2016 I was going on a trip and wanted to take the dress with me, so in the morning I stop by to pick it up, and sure enough, not ready. Armen, said this time a bit nervously, that he decided to try some sort of "shine" on the dress, without asking me first and he would have an Uber drop it off at my house at no cost. RED FLAG at this point all over for me. I return home, which I might add I live in LA, so it wasn't a 5 min drive to his shop, and await this dress. Finally the Uber comes by with the dress and I open it up and am beyond SHOCKED. The dress is now practically a dark navy blue!!!! I return from my trip and call him, and automatically he gets super defensive saying, "he took a chance with the shine product and it backfired on him, and he should've asked me, but it's too late, etc." Then I tell him, I'd like some money back for my brand new dress, which he cut the tag off too, and he says, "I've been researching, and those dresses go for only $80-$100". At this point I'm pissed and say, "I don't give a shit what you've researched, I purchased it for $385 before tax. Armen, then tells me, all he can do is give me $100 and he'll get to keep the dress. Again, I tell him no way in hell, will you keep my dress. So he agrees to just give me the $100 and I keep the dress. TERRIBLE experience and now my dress is ruined!!!! And the front bottom is shorter than the back now. Posting pictures as proof!! read more

I can see that this place got plenty of five star reviews, but we didn't get five star treatment. Far from it. We dropped off a wedding dress that was in a cloth bag (came with the dress). They said they would hold on to the bag and return the dress in the cloth bag when it was time for pick up. They lost the bag. The man behind the counter even went as far as to try and turn it around and blame us by saying "this is why you don't leave it with us." Sorry, that doesn't work. They should post a big sign in multiple languages stating they will lose bags. And our bag wasn't a simple bag...it was very nice and cost money. He said he'd try to look and call back the next day, but we never heard from him. We had to call him ourselves and he responded impatiently saying he probably threw it away and didn't have any more time to look for it. He had the nerve to not offer compensation in any way for a mistake HE MADE. No gesture to offer something as an apology. Horrible, horrible customer service. Simply put, this place lost a piece of our property and didn't make an attempt to resolve it in any way. If they really felt it was a bad idea to take the bag, then DON'T TAKE THE BAG. Now we need to go buy another bag, with our own money, in order to keep the dress clean. Update 1/17/2017: They decided to call back and offer a bag. But it took a bad review on Yelp for it to happen. Integrity is a problem at this place. read more

The prices are so so affordable almost on the verge of being cheap, but the quality of the dry cleaning is better than some of the most expensive places I have been at. There have been times where he has cleaned my husband's dress shirts a few times just to make sure that they were as white as can be. He takes care of your clothes. Armon is the real deal. First of all as a tailor he is amazing. You ask, he will deliver. He can do old style, and modern tailoring as well. Dry cleaning is second to none. Another amazing this about him, is we did not know what to do with our couch covers which were white and extremely dirty. We brought it to Armon, and when we got it back it looked better than new. I'll start from beginning. Went in on Thurs 8/29 and dropped off a pair of shoes to be repaired. A man named Arman helped me (super nice and promises the world). He told me they would be ready today 9/5 and it will cost $12. When I went it they didn't have them and unfortunately Arman was on vacation so he couldn't be called. The young man there (also helpful and nice) called their other locations and found the shoes. They went out of their way and personally dropped the shoes of to me at work. When dropped off they tried to charge me $20. I explained my original conversation with Arman and they quickly accepted my $12. Even with the minor issue of not having my shoes when promised, they made up for it and earned a second trip from me when I need something cleaned. read more
