I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and I have never seen such bad service in my life. When I walked in with my girlfriend the employee has completly ignored us both as he was busy talking with someone else. We were walking around the store for about 5 min and still no acknowledgement. Finally I found 1 out of the 2 supplements I wanted to buy. This employee was still talking to another customer about other things and still has not acknowledged my girlfriend and I. We finally tried to pay. This employee was behind the counter by the cash. WE WAITED 15 min behind the person he was talking to and NO EYE contact or acknowledgement whatsoever. Honestly we could have walked out the store and he wouldn't have noticed we were there. We stood and waited, my girlfriend at the time was pacing back and forth and finally decided to leave and STILL no acknowledgement by this employee. I finally had to interrupt their conversation for me to pay. This employee didn't even apologize for making me wait or anything. We were there Friday, May 9, 2014, around 7:30pm. I remember the first time I came here, the staff gave me a brief and clearly explained the benefits for some of the products and even gave me samples to try. I usually get their shakes and immunity boost shots. I love it all. The most recent one I've tried was their cocoa, and what was great about it is that it can also act as a meal replacement. I will keep coming back here for more for sure.
