I was eagerly awaiting my delivery and had received no delivery attempts or communications. The thing I don't get is how could I have damaged 3 items if I refused to take delivery of the order? The staff/owner are really nice and friendly and helped me pick a human look alike root. Ginseng supposed to have health benefit according to Chinese medicine. During an earlier visit, an employee told me that CanPrev Collagen Tone could be specially ordered through customer service. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had to visit the store and pay a deposit in person. I returned on August 28, purchased several supplements and then went to the customer service desk. I calmly explained that it was upsetting to make an additional trip after receiving inconsistent instructions. One employee tried to assist me, but another employee interrupted and suggested that the problem might be because it was a US product. I explained that CanPrev is a Canadian brand and that I knew exactly which product I was requesting. The second employee then rolled her eyes at me. Rolling your eyes at a customer who is explaining a legitimate concern is disrespectful and completely unacceptable, especially when working at a customer service desk. I was not asking for special treatment. I was simply following the instructions previously given to me by an Ambrosia employee. A basic explanation or apology would have resolved the situation. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I will now purchase my supplements elsewhere.
