I arrived early ( they were there) screened me, took my temperature and gave sanitizer. My X-ray was taken and now Saturday off can be enjoyed. The co pays we're paid on their website for "no contact" and I am so thankful they are still consistent, care and the office is extremely clean. The blonde lady nurse was nice enough to hold my hand when I received the numbing for my tooth, she was like a " mom" and talked to me - it was calming and the dr reassured me for my treatments. I am grateful by this is the way a dentist visit should be not like a larger place, the parking was ample. Accessible from the 135 expressway and the northern state pkwy.

Dr. Jaiswal and her staff couldn't have been more helpful as I underwent several procedures, including deep cleanings. She's meticulous and professional but also gentle -- and she was quick to check on me throughout each step of the procedures in case I was uncomfortable. I started even looking forward to going to each subsequent session so we could chat! To save a whole shpiel, Dr. Bral filled in all the cavities like it was nothing, and the crown he put in was perfect -- indistinguishable from the other teeth. I was told the process of building bones and completing a full arch dental implant procedure would take 5 months. It is now May 25, 2023 and the final top and bottom implants are not only uncomfortable but don't function well. I cannot chew hard foods and food gets stuck at the top of my gums every time I do eat. When I smile you can see the screws in one corner of my mouth where the food is getting trapped. The bottom teeth are also very small in comparison to the top and I informed the doctor that I was not happy. I was even told by Robin Greene the Treatment Coordinator that my final implants were made overseas and because of that was forced to wait 6 weeks for them to be completed which drew out an already overdrawn process! I was given no instruction or after-care paperwork and the doctors that performed the procedure and designed the implants are refusing to return my calls. When I complained about not only the lack of comfort and functionality of the final implants, I was told that what I wanted done was not what had been put in my mouth and that I would have to pay an additional $10,000 or more for that. Just to have implants that allow me to eat normally! I was never provided another option for the implants at the onset of the procedure. Please do not come here. They are dishonest and lack integrity and I will be suing very soon.

I called to schedule a second appointment for a teeth cleaning. The front office receptionist…read moreinformed me that my account was deactivated, the system was down, preventing reactivation, and there were no available appointments for two months. When I inquired why my account was deactivated, she stated it was because I was upset about the cost of fillings and had said I wouldn't return. This is not accurate. During my first visit, I received a full-mouth X-ray and a teeth cleaning from a dentist (not Dr. Avanzato). The dentist reviewed the X-rays, said everything looked good, and recommended a return visit in six months. Before leaving the exam room, I asked about fillings to address a gap in my upper teeth due to receding gums. The dentist directed me to the front desk, where I received a quote that seemed exorbitant. I mentioned that my previous dentist had billed my insurance plan and co-pay for significantly less and indicated I wouldn't get the work done there. The receptionist was not present during my consultation with the dentist. Despite my corrections, the receptionist continued to claim I had refused treatment. I ended the conversation because it was unproductive. After this, I decided not to return to the practice and went to retrieve my dental records. The receptionist claimed she had already emailed a copy of my records and mailed a letter on the same day of my service. I never received either. She again insisted I needed two fillings, which I hadn't requested. I asked her to just send me the records. Later that day, I received an email with a copy of my X-rays and a note that a duplicate letter had been mailed. Two days later, I received a letter, dated the day of my service, stating that I would be better served by seeking another dentist due to a breakdown in the doctor-patient relationship. I had already decided to seek another dentist, but this situation makes me question who makes decisions at this practice, the dentist or the receptionist, who seemed to be providing misleading and inaccurate information.
