There was probably under a dozen people doing laundry; some waited while others drop off and left. There was a wash and dryer for every load size. Washer range from $3.75, $4.75, $6.00, $9.50, $12.00, and $20. Dryer cost from $2.75-6.00. There is an app, but even a tech savvy millennial like me couldn't get it to work so I ended up using my credit card instead. There was one employee who maintain the area. The atmosphere was quiet, which was nice. AMENITIES: There were vending machines available for snacks and sodas. There are about 7 laundry cart and folding stations. Lots of benches and seating area. They have soap vending machine available, change machine, and ATM. Restroom is also available. They have outlets with USB plug-in throughout seating area. They also have an outdoor vacuum to clean your car while you wait. Decent amount of parking. Wash took about 26 minutes for a $12.00 machine and dryer took about 31 minutes for a $4.00 machine. 4/5 stars because there was mold-like when I retrieved my wash. I checked the others, it didn't look dirty. It may look that way because it was wet. Overall, I would come back for large wash. I spent $32 for my two comforters and waited slightly over an hour for it to be done.

Racism alive here as ai asked another person so for help. They acted like I was invisible accept a slight glance my way. I'm a white 51 year old woman simply who asked for help of a young dark man. Being friendly didn't matter. The app didn't work, so now I have $10 on the app I may use someday at another location. The machine did not disperse the soap into my laundry. Some Asian women were very helpful and I saved another Asian woman who was about to use the machine I did after I was done. I offered my concern. Brought my girls to a place in Coon Rapids and I feel much safer here. About the same drive from where we live. We're the only ones here too! Two lines of washers. Two areas for folding. A giant bank of giant dryers. There's two tables with cushioned chairs and a vending machine for while you wait. And the bathroom is clean. Coin exchange takes bills up to $20.
