They also carry Caribbean food items (lo mein, curries, etc) and newspapers, whereas many other places stopped doing. They often have healrh related reading on hand too. The staff is also very reliable, and patient, for helping you figure out what you might actually need. A Flatbush staple, we're lucky they're still around to keep the neighborhood vital.

Walking in it smelled fresh and everything was clean and organized. There are various supplements, herbs, and they even do juices, and vegetarian food options. The aisles are a bit narrow, so be mindful when walking through. There was R&B music playing and it made my shopping experience a bit more relaxing. The aloe I was looking for was right in front of the store, which it made things quick and easy to grab and go. I paid under $5 dollars for my aloe leaf and was able to use a card. The cashier was really pleasant checking me out. This is a hidden gem and its Black Owned! I look forward to visiting again soon!

I was so excited to find this place on Yelp and that it's minutes away from home. Small as it is, the aisles are absolutely filled with whatever nutritious goodies your heart desires. Chinese bean curd? They have it. Forbidden rice? You've got your pick of 3 different brands. Turmeric Coconut Water? My new favorite find! I made out like a bandit with an armful of bags of quinoa. There are signs laying out their guidelines for keeping 6 feet apart while in the store (admittedly very challenging because the aisles are rather cramped) but they do limit how many people are inside at once. I definitely felt uneasy as I had to almost press up against people to pass them in the aisles but everyone I encountered was masked. Come here for your sea moss or ginger candy needs. Their menu also lists a number of immunity boosting smoothies whose value proposition could never be stronger than it is right now.

My bestie swear by it that it works for bladder/urinary pains. I don't know much about this supplements so no further input from me about it. Since I am a Dietitian/Nutritionist, I probably should do some further Research on this supplement for personal knowledge. Maybe at a later time. Anyways, I felt the sales/cashier person Igor at this location was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He was a big help, going as far as ordering the capsule form of this product for me as there was none available at the store, except for the powder form. In addition he was friendly as answered all my questions. Even offered to drop of vitamins/supplements for me if I order from their store. Very nice! In addition, when I asked about the rewards card, he helped me sign up for the free card right away. Currently, I do not need supplements, but if I did this would be the shop I will be going to, to get my supplies. Happy customer!
