After class, sometimes I want a smoothie or juice. I have the option to get Jamba juice or go to Ovis place. I got tired of the two. I needed help. So, I yelped. Then this place came up. 2 blocks away? Okay. This place is TINY. Just a walk in juice bar. Enough for 2 ppl max. The owner is nice and humble. Idk if he is Tim like mentioned before but he was pretty cool. I liked him.. :) Oops, im reviewing a person. ANYWAYS, so much variety of drinks! You have plenty to choose from. It's not the same boring combo of ingredients most juice bars have. I got Amazing Green. it was very filling and delicious. I believe the cashews made the drink extra smooth. It's a small business but the owners are very knowledgeable on the juices and what they can do to your body. It is the perfect pick me up for after work when I'm not in the mood for a full meal but just a little bit to hold me over till I am ready. I settled on a protein shake that included almond milk, banana, strawberry, strawberry protein powder, and granola. It was freaking amazing! It was just what I needed at the time. Whenever I need a smoothie this is the place that I go to. The owner Tim is such a sweet guy and gives great advice on eating healthy. I usually get the "Go Go Mango" & "Tangy" soooo good. Any healthy smoothie with peanut butter I'm all the way here for! It was such a smooth blend. The space is so cramped though. With 3 customers inside we had already ran out of room... $6-8 a pop... Is a little steep for a healthy treat but if you're in the mood for smoothie goodness that hits the mark then I suggest this place! The woman behind the counter was nice and personable! I work in the area on certain days and did a search for smoothie shops in the area. I am cleansing and wanted something clean, light and healthy. It took about 15 mins for me to figure out what I wanted because they have a lot of great options. The woman behind the counter was so nice and extremely helpful not to mention, patient with me. I ended up getting the Mean Green, which I was a bit skeptical about. It was SO good and worth what I paid. It filled me up until dinner. I am happy to support a black owned business especially when they are providing great products and service. It is also great to visit a store with so many delicious, healthy options, which we lack in the Bronx. read more

Rude ignorant man behind the counter. Went in today for the first time. I had been meaning to come in for some time but I catch the bus on the corner and the timing never worked. So I go in today, smile at the man behind the counter and ask for a to go menu. He says I don't have one and points to the menu board. Strike #1. I go to take a picture because I have sight issues and my bus was coming... Figured I'd come by after work tomorrow. This Boomba Ras Asshole asks me if I want pictures or to order a drink? Strike #2! I say that I don't want it now but just want to review the menu. He says I don't allow pictures. What an idiot. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Did not even get to try a smoothie. Just moved to the neighborhood and I stopped in to try. First none of the smoothies had prices. I had to ask the woman associate, who seemed upset that I had to ask for the prices. She was also upset that I was asking what was in a drink called the "wolf" that she claimed they did not make in the states anymore. So take it off the drink list. It was obvious this business does not care about customer service would not recommend to anyone. Sad this business lost a customer. Fire that employee she is brining your business down. read more

Terrible smoothies and terrible customer service. I went there for the first time today and was not satisfied with my order. I went and spoke to the woman behind the counter. She then proceeded to call her father on the phone who is also the owner. He pulled up in his vehicle in front of the store an came inside to argue with me. I tried to explained my smoothie had too much protein in it. I work out daily and make my own smoothies and juices on a regular basis. There was too much protein in the drink overpowering the flavors. Instead of trying to help his paying customer he said that's what you ordered and if I didn't like it I should not come back. Giving Jamba Juice a run for their money. Great option if you are near the Brooklyn College area. Very tiny, so you have to grab and go. Amazing variety. Smooth blend. DO NOT WORK HERE‼ My "training week" was over 40 hours and I was payed $300 salary pay OFF BOOKS. He said I agree to it, However when I approach him about the job i was only told of the 300 weekly pay and the opportunity of a raise after a month sadly I didn't ask how many hours, this was discuss AFTER I Walked with Olivia from Glenwood to TD Bank on Flatbush . My time was change from starting at 12Pm to 7Am to 2Pm. Making it hard to have another job . The day I was fired, I was threaten by his wife who may seem nice but both are working against you, i wish i could upload the video .
