Pegasus is not just for Brooklynites, many patrons come from Staten Island and other far away places. As I stood on line I heard " I made a reservation is my table ready?" "45 minutes wait?" and I said "I'll take any seat even the counter" as I was told 30 minutes for a seat. Then, 10 minutes later, three seats opened up at the counter. I found my seat and reviewed the menu; I was in the mood for a turkey burger but they do not offer it anymore. So, I ordered an Impossible Burger deluxe and a cup of coffee. The coffee was served piping hot and it was delicious! Then, my burger came out.TBH I didn't know what to expect. I spread some mayo and ketchup on it and took one bite... delicious! It really tastes like the real thing. The fries were plentiful and also scrumptious. The service was on point: iced water served, coffee cup refilled and love the fact there are extra napkins in the bar to take which I needed. The burger was a little messy but worth it! I had the churro French toast. It was very good and tasted just like a churro you'd get at a fair or a carnival. It came with a side of breakfast meat. I chose bacon and it was cooked to perfection. Other things that were ordered included banana pudding pancakes and the burger. Everything was enjoyed by all! To drink I had the Asian Mary, which was a Bloody Mary but with sake. If you're going to close your restaurant because you have an event either put up a sign on your door or any other option that would make someone not have to trek down to the restaurant.
