Hires incompetent people who don't know how to handle machinery. Grabbing day laborers untrained in how to operate machinery safely as well as with respect to clients private property resulting in damages and insurance claims. Many complaints in the development they service which I live in. Their bid was accepted at a savings to our association, but at what cost?? You have more dissatisfied clients then not. You buy cheap you get cheap!!!
Zero customer relations from Tim Dulya, who has more direct contact with customers. Making the clients feel as if company is in it only for money and less deserving of their business. When damages occur proffers no apology, no remorse, no "lets see how we can do this" just offers a cheap fix. His exact words were "I have a guy that can do this repair for half that price." Again, you get what you pay for.
Allows workers to lie and cover up mistakes made by other workers. Showed zero interest when his worker did tell him he was driving machinery when actually was a female ( who was told NOT to be put on a machine).
I know this first hand, having dealt with Tim personally twice now. Why should this be allowed to happen??
Beware people. Looks for corporate accounts and long contracts. Read carefully and don't be taken in. They may be cheaper but you end up paying in the end!! Stay away!!! read more
