I've been comimg to this store from Burien for about a year. Its a long drive but there selection is amazing! There prices are pretty high though. Today when I stopped in I went straight to all the amazing butters I usually get as I had an extra big list for an event in doing next week. I noticed that the majority of Avocado butters were not filled to the top, about a half inch from the top actually. I found one that was full and took it to the cashier to show her the difference. I told her I wasn't complaining, just showing the difference as one was full and one was half empty. Both labeled 6 ounces. At first she thought they were different containers, we weren't. Then she said she can weigh them. Not that I asked for this, I was just pointing out the inconsistency. Her tone was combative. After she weighed the first one she said it was 8 ounces. Then, she weighed the rest and said they were 5.5 ounces. I asked her if I could buy the full one I brought up as i needed 4 of them at least one would be full. She said, "No, I have to pull all of these. The owner will probably want to remake them." Still very combative. I was going to walk out right there but then remembered how far I drove to get these butters. So, I looked for mango butter, next item on my list. Same issue, about a half inch not filled. I didn't want to get more attitude so I just left. In the way out I said thank you. She asked if I wanted her to call the owner to see if she would let me buy them....i didn't know this was one of the original options. But at this point the cashier had created an uncomfortable space and I just wanted to go. Plus I talked myself out if overpaying for mislabeled merchandise. I've been buying all my butters, oils, dried flowers, and essential oils here for over a year. The butter containers have always been filled to the top. Even though I love supporting small businesses I unfortunately will not be making the long drive back to this store. Although this was a bad end to my visits here I at least take comfort in the large amount of money and time I'll save by shopping on Amazon for all of the same things. read more

I can't say enough about this business. I have restless legs so badly that there are nights that I cry myself to sleep because I can't get my legs to stop twitching and crawling. Went here for a spa day with my friend and got to try the floating tank and hydromassage. It was a first for both and I'd have to say the hydromassage was the highlight of the day. The floating tank was a very interesting experience. Basically you're able to float and relax in a secluded tank that has over 700lbs of epsom salt. I felt more relaxed using the hydromassage. I wish I had that at my house! They also had a lot of silver jewelry as well as cosmetics that are naturally made. Pretty cool experience! read more

Love this store! Prices are great, variety is even better, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, one of the few stores in Enumclaw open before 10! I frequently get witch hazel, essential oils, and natural soap. Atmosphere is clean, calm, and relaxing. Even though there's lots of scented stuff the shop doesn't feel overwhelmingly scented, I would still recommend it to people who have even the slightest sensitivity to smells. I waited a while to write this review because I was hoping LuAnn would help me out after one of the jewelry items fell apart...never happened. For $100 I felt earrings should last more than 4-5 months but this was not the case. She carries a brand named "Hot Diamonds" on her website, and I say "buyer beware" Since LuAnn is not a legitimate distributor of this product line she cannot replace broken merchandise nor is she interested in working anything out with her customer stuck with a useless product. I was not looking for a return, only perhaps an exchange, but she sent me to the company directly. They had no idea who LuAnn was and claimed she must have been carrying the jewelry from a closeout sale and could not intervene since returns need to go through an authorized vendor. Well, so now I am stuck. I am "yelping" this so it does not happen to someone else. I am glad you all are enjoying the oils and hope you continue to do so.
