She was nice enough to let them know she took a different route, and they bullied and guilt tripped her. All the Urns, necklaces, and urn holders are so beautiful and very reasonably priced. I love their grieving room where it's private and you can have as much time as you want with your loved one. They are very knowledgeable about the entire process and explain it to you to where you understand it. The process takes only 7 days which is much better than a vet office and the aqua cremation you get back more of your loved one than you would a traditional cremation.
