They were amazing when it came to my step dad's dog Lucy. We had lost my step dad just a few months prior and I spent thousands trying to keep her alive, only to come home from work to find she had passed on. My spouse brought her to natures pet loss for me, and since I couldn't come to pick anything out for her, the owner personally texted me and made sure I was able to pick everything out, and kept me updated. Saturday I ended up having to put my shepherd down, and called natures pet loss to find a time to bring his body in, and she answered right away even though it was past 10 at night and met me first thing Sunday morning. She was nice enough to let them know she took a different route, and they bullied and guilt tripped her. "Sorry for your loss" was all that needed to be said if anything at all after her initial message, instead my best friend who was already heart broken by her cats aggressive mammary cancer, was shamed. When you lose your best friend it is important to have compassionate and caring people. Joyce and Dorothy were clearly concerned for me and my baby. I recommend them without reservation. I got caring and respectful help, they followed up and made sure I was taking care of myself, because my grief has been, and still is almost unbearable. Joyce and Samantha were so sweet, kind, and compassionate. We were greeted with a hug, and treated with the upmost care and respect. The establishment is so beautiful. All the Urns, necklaces, and urn holders are so beautiful and very reasonably priced. I love their grieving room where it's private and you can have as much time as you want with your loved one. They are very knowledgeable about the entire process and explain it to you to where you understand it. The process takes only 7 days which is much better than a vet office and the aqua cremation you get back more of your loved one than you would a traditional cremation.
