I had my lawn sprayed/serviced today! I've been having a problem with thorns/pickers in my lawn, as well as in a old area of landscaping! We have been using Naturescape for many years and in all the time we have used this establishment the people have been nothing but friendly, outgoing, and anytime there's a problem with anything they jump at the chance to fix it for you so really no problems! We used Naturescape for about 15 years. Last year we experienced a number of issues including large missed areas of the lawn with significant weed growth as well as dead grass patches after "re-application". Other than offering to come look and perhaps do a re-apply, they did nothing to stand behind their product and service. They also brought in a new manager who again was not willing or able to after anything in terms of a refund or discount on the substandard service they provided. i've been with nature scape for the past 15 years and never had a problem. Last year I noticed I called telling them about weeds and they normally come out within a week and spray last year it was when they were in the area they would spray. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This year I called about weeds never got a phone call back called six times and four weeks later they came to spray my yard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The first time the sprayer wasn't working I understand it's beyond their controlso they said they would text and return tomorrow they never did I called and they said they would be out the next day and then I would get a text message from them never heard from them. Never had anybody come and spray my yard... finally today, four days later after six phone calls they finally came and sprayed my yard for the second application. I'll be looking for a new lawn care company. It's too frustrating to keep calling and not getting the service I've had in the past read more

Last year Naturescape mowed our lawn and did an awesome job, this year they seem to be lacking. After our first cut they went 2 weeks before coming back and that was after 2 phone calls to them about the issue. The person that cut it rushed and didn't do a great job. it's now been 10 days since it's been cut and we are supposed to get rain tomorrow and Tuesday. meanwhile our grass is long again and will have grass clippings again which does not look good. read more

I had Naturescape do my lawn last year.... they put liquid fertilizer on the lawn, when it was hot out? They burnt out - a lot of my lawn! The regional manager promised me they would fix the problem they made. They put seed down this spring.... it went everywhere! It was in my decorative stone everywhere around my house! THE REGIONAL MANAGER TOLD ME TO USE A HEAT GUN ON THE SEED THAT WAS GROWNG EVERYWHERE????? WOW!!!! Enough SAID!!!!! I said I would report back after last year, ---every lawn in my neighborhood looks MUCH better than mine - they don't hire anyone to do theirs.... do no hire Naturescape! read more

I used NatureScape for lawn treatments for a few years, and had been very happy with them. The price was affordable, and my front lawn, was finally looking great. The summer of 2018, I had an incident where some of the grass that was treated, seemed to die after the treatment, and I had a hard time getting the grass back into shape. It was a very dry summer, and it seems that the treatment was just too much for the lawn to handle. Naturescape is actively working with me to fix the issue, which I very much appreciate. They are really going out of their way to help, and that is all you can really ask for. Hopefully, my front lawn will be back to beautiful in no time. They have been helpful enough, that I will most likely continue using Naturescape next year. read more
