When they finally did, it was a crew of 5 guys who had obviously been working together for a while -- the whole thing start to finish took an hour, and looks fantastic. We called first thing in the morning, and Danny arrived in less than an hour. After a thorough inspection, he phoned Tim, the owner, to share his findings. Tim took the time to personally come over, confirm Danny's suspicions, and collaborate on a plan to resolve the issue. They even coordinated with Caden, another team member, to assist with a specific step of the repair. Our home is older, and we discovered that our kitchen piping had been slowly eroding in the basement crawl space for years before finally bursting. This caused sewage water from our sink and dishwasher to seep into our concrete cinder block basement wall. Within hours, the Rausch Plumbing team had completely re-piped the entire system and provided helpful recommendations for potential restoration work. These guys were outstanding! Hardworking, professional, and genuinely kindhearted. Their level of service and respect was unmatched. My husband and I even joked that Danny was so great, we could imagine inviting him and his family over for a backyard barbecue! They clearly explained the problem, laid out the best course of action, and provided a quote upfront--then came in under budget. Same-day service, extra manpower, and the owner himself taking the time to ensure everything was done right? That level of care is rare. We cannot recommend Rausch Plumbing highly enough. I contacted the company about the issue, and they did come out to inspect it. They acknowledged the problem and said they would follow up. That was over two months ago. Since then, I've reached out multiple times--by phone and email--and have received no response. No update, no repair, no accountability. For a project that should have added value and beauty to my home, I'm left with a flawed installation and zero customer service. I expected better craftsmanship and professionalism. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.

We recently found out that they use to be Tundraland deck company and closed down to rename it Integrity. Its laughable that they offer a lifetime warranty on wood framing. All that is telling me is that they don't plan to be in business long because wood does not last forever and there is no way they can rebuild all the decks they built. The only decking they use is Duxxbak decking and looking into that product they have a bad reputation for denying warranty claims. Duxxbak use to be called Green Bay decking and they closed their doors to get out of warranty claims and opened up under a different name with manufacturing the same decking.

The current three star rating is meant to be a neutral one…read more The tile work on the shower and floors is excellent except for an issue that has developed after six months since installation. There is cracking in all grout joints of the flooring and shower. Some of the shower tiles have also darkened. According to a Google search, this means there is moisture behind the tile that changed their color. Doug originally stopped by here at least a month ago to inspect the grout and acknowledged that the cracking is a failure that needs to be addressed and he would take care of it. Since then, I have reached out to Doug multiple times through every available format, voicemail, email, text message. We have not received a response as to when he can fit us in his schedule to fix and clean up the grout joints.
