This is our third time eating here--you'd think I'd learn my lesson. Nau is considered one of the best restaurants in this city, but I don't know why. The ambience & the décor are beautiful. The food is mediocre at best; while there are servers to be seen everywhere, the service is disappointing. My wife's lunch looked presentable, but both side dishes (rice & potato puree) were cold. The fish was served with a dish of mayonnaise--cheap mayonnaise (not even tartar sauce). My lunch tasted ok, but looked sad. Oh yeah, it was also served with shoestring potatoes straight from the bag. This restaurant is literally overrated. For me, Nau means 'No!' (Nau é Não). read more

Great option for dinner in Joao Pessoa! What a great place, very stylish, good service and the food there is delicious. Probably you will need to get some for take away, because the portions are huge, impossible to eat everything at once. The decor is amazing, the restaurant is big so it's ok to go with big groups! For people that don't eat fish/ seafood they have other options with red meat, chicken, salads! Joao Pessoa surprised me with good options to eat! Worth the visit! read more
