Even though I was a new patient the staff was very accommodating. Once I was in the room, he reviewed my scans from my previous doctors and explained to me what he was seeing in the scans. He checked me over and agreed I would be a great candidate for surgery and explained the process and recovery. He assured me I would not leak brain fluid like a previous doctor had mentioned and did not send me off with a 30 day supply of prednisone and antibiotics like my previous doctor had also done. Although I have not had my surgery yet I am very confident in my choice for choosing Dr Browne to give me some much needed relief! Thank yo Update: I had my surgery with Dr Browne in office rather than at a surgery center. It went very well, I had absolutely no pain! Nose bled for a bit the first two days but nothing that kept me from normal things. Toughest part was sleeping up right only because I'm a tummy sleeper. Just don't expect the good doctor to sugar coat anything for ya. He's a straight shooter, honest, and comes packed with a dry but funny sense of humor (if you can wrestle it out of him).

Barely any patients in the waiting room. I was taken to an exam room where I sat for 45 minutes. No one bothered to explain the wait. And so, I finally just left. Walking out, I saw Dr. Gordon sitting at a computer, staring into space. He looked at me as I walked by, but he said nothing. Frankly, my time is precious to me and being stashed in an exam room while being ignored is unacceptable. Bottom line, my right ear still hurts.
