NO ENTIENDO

The experience started as a pleasant one, appetizers were delicious. Then, they had us waiting 1h or + for food. Which I understand, because that day a graduation had occurred and many families go out to eat, they told us that morning had been full also. So if it had happened in the morning, and they know that there are two sessions of graduations, why they did not activate more staff to serve?
Anyway, the food arrived and after waiting so long it failed to meet expectations. BUT the WORST of the NIGHT occurred upon arrival at the time of ordering dessert. I knew exactly what I wanted, I had been thinking about it all through dinner.
I was going to ask for a fried cheescake, so I ask for it and asked the waiter if I could order it with chocolate on top, and the waiter, in a very bad mood and bratty says "If we alter our recipe, and you do not like we are going to have to charge you for it. I'm warning you about the restaurant policy. " So, what recipe? I asked if the cheescake was stuffed with guava, there I understand that it would have definitely been bad, but he said no. If I was asking for it that way, it's because I've tried it before and CLEARLY know I like that. And come here, if I asked him for guava, was he not going to charge? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND
