I called CCE due to really good recs from Yukon Happenings fb group and they were awesome. They showed up by the next morning. Joey checked everything out and was completely transparent with everything going on up there and even took pictures and took the time to explain everything and answer every question. They found that the previous tech mightve also not done his due diligence regarding a few other areas which we find troubling. Nonetheless, Joey was awesome and despite seeing the questionable work the last technician has done, he was very careful with his words and made sure he didnt diss the other guy. Martin was also great answering all my questions, explaining all recommended solutions, and was very transparent with pricing. The night before installation, they brought over a portable AC unit for me to temporarily use until the new unit was installed. They gave me a great deal with discounts and threw in a free service of them maintaining the unit for the next year to make sure everything is working well. HVAC went out Friday and they came and installed the new unit by Wednesday. They came at 8 am and finished by around 1:30pm with a 4 person crew!
