Then was asked what my zip code to which i reponded with my zip code and the question " Does your license depend on my zip (which sometimes happens) ." After that question I never heard from them again. So I guess the answer to my question is "Yes, their licensing is restricted to zip codes " (and they could not service my area). Given incorrect information from the start on delivery and deposit requirements. Delay after delay on the install and then to find out they haven't even started on my closets. Called to speak to the owner and he was not apologetic at all for the delays and went on to state that it was my fault for not sending in the full 50% deposit even though the agreement we made with their rep was to send 25% to start production and they would receive another 25% the day of delivery and the balance upon completion. Matthew believes that the extra pieces using the space is sturdier than the plain boards but since I had normal closets that utilize space EFFICIENTLY in past years without his spacers he is lazy and LYING. Matthew responded with a bunch of blah blah blah. Matthew, if you had decent closet structures and regular drawer glides that actually worked, this would not be an issue. Your closets are CRAP.

It definitely wasn't a straightforward project, we also had a pergola company doing it's thing where they had to work and there were some complicated issues with relocating outdoor plumbing. But everything worked out perfectly l in the end. Antonio the lead contractor was fantastic, and extremely adept at troubleshooting on the fly. Any time a minor issue came up, he addressed it quickly and resolved it, making sure nothing got in the way of completing the project. As for the end result, it was exactly what we were looking for. The workmanship is clean, the layout is precise and the pavers have transformed our property. If you're looking for a reliable paver company I'd highly recommend checking these guys out. Meanwhile they i stalled the doors uneven the second time around and the door still leaks so my brand new car pensive bathroom has a moldy black frame because of a door that wasn't installed correctly. Owner defended his installers- HORRIBLE experience very disappointed.
