The staff was fine. The building seems a little dingy though they dressed up the spa waiting area, so that's minus a half-star for me. The procedure was super fast. The doctor listened to my concerns about my skin and kept a low setting. It was a only slightly painful on the 'normal setting', like a rubber band snap. The capillaries on one side of my nose are gone. I had a large, red one on the other side, and it is faded, though not completely gone. I think the IPL was a good investment at the cost, as it reduces the time and money for makeup on these red spots.

When I arrived, I filled out some paperwork and was seen immediately, no wait. The staff was all very pleasant, from the front desk receptionist to the nurse. Everyone was kind and made me feel at ease. The doctor answered all of my questions and was thorough in her treatment plan for me. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. During m exam, she respected my privacy when I asked not to have another nurse in the room. Overall, it was a good visit and probably the best GYN visit I've had. The doctor also does aesthetic services in the same office too including Botox, laser hair removal and microneedling.
