I called to reschedule my appointment from the 7th and the appointments that I had scheduled the following week for the week of the 18th and the 25th every Tuesday and Thursday. Fast forward I had to reschedule my flight from the 17th to the 19th of December due to the same family emergency and completely forgot to call on Monday to reschedule my appointment on the 19th. I admit it was the last thing on my mind and only remembered mid flight on Tuesday. Today I was running late for my appointment but on my way when I realized I was not going to make it by 8.15. I called at 8.09 saying that I was running late but most likely not going to make it in 4 minutes. I was more than happy to forgo the 15/20 mts that I was late if they would still have me or I could come in later. No one picked up and I left a voice mail message. Get a message a couple of minutes later saying all my appointments were cancelled and had to call on the day for Availability. I called again and explained that I just tried to call to let them know I was running late but on my way and that I left a voicemail message and I was faced with a rude front of house staff that insinuated that he was there all morning and didn't get any phone call or voice mail message and proceeded to tell me I had a cancellation on the 7th (I rescheduled didn't cancel) and a no show on the 19th and today that's why all appointments were canceled and proceeded to give me attitude when I tried to explain what the situation was, which only left me more aggravated and frustrated than I already was. My deductible has been met this year and all my appointments are fully covered so I was trying to do my best to still make it to my appointments since next year I will have to pay for these sessions . The arrogance and attitude that I got this morning made me want to forgo all my appointments. I will find another clinic next year, for my PT and will gladly pay. Bare in mind that I'm a returning patient that has been to the clinic before without any issues. This is not a reflection on my therapist that was wonderful but a sad consequence of a misunderstanding and how poor customer service impacts patients.

I am so thankful for Dr. Roeser because he did an excellent job on my C4-C6 Disk herniation. All of Dr. Roeser's staff are all so kind and caring. His senior patient coordinator Rosa does a fabulous job at her job she was so fabulous to work with before and after surgery!! I recently was scheduled for spinal surgery which I dreaded. Every time I have surgery it takes me…read moremonths to recuperate from the negative effects of the anesthesia. In addition, everyone I know who has had back surgery complains for years about the ongoing pain. Needless to say, the day arrived for my surgery and I was petrified. Dr. Roeser, Board Certified in Neurosurgery and graduated from Baylor Medical School with High Honors, was very reassuring and calming which really gave me confidence in Dr. Roeser and the procedure. Once I woke up from the anesthesia I could not believe that the surgery had already taken place. My friends had also forewarned me that within a few days, when the anesthesia wears off, I would experience severe pain. I experienced a low grade pain that was easily abated with my ibuprofen for arthritis. I was provided with a walker that I only needed to use for a couple of days. Now I realize why Dr. Roeser had been so highly recommended by several doctors. After my personal experience with him I can understand the reason he is so well regarded in the medical community. I thank Dr. Roeser for making my life so pain free. He is a fabulous surgeon!

He is so knowledgeable! I've been to 4 reputable podiatrists, for reasons not associated to their expertise, I kept having to find someone new. I'm so glad that insurance, retirement of a podiatrist, and moving brought me to Dr. Nagler! I loved him from the start! He is a brilliant doctor!!! Well informed of latest procedures too!! I had plantar fasciitis release, bunionectomy, and mallet toe surgery, all on both feet. Surgeries were performed with care and precision!!! Beginning at the 2nd week of April then June 6th. Secondly, I was also equally impressed with the surgery center called ROC in the building! (Oops maybe it's called Houston surgery center, but for sure it's in the same building 1st floor.) Wow! Talk about well oiled machine! Everyone has a specific role and they know it very well! Dr. Les Yarmush (the anesthesiologist) administered the exact amounts of meds so as to not feel anything during and after surgery, not even nausea, headache or grogginess! Absolutely wonderful!! The nurses I had were Arfilio and Dameiro. They made me very comfortable and happy! They were so very kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! Lastly, I healed wonderfully!! I mean wonder-fully!! I…read moream a huge baby when it comes to needles and after he gave me a shot to numb my toe I screamed a little bit & had tears in my eyes. He was so empathetic. He stopped what he was doing, came over & held my hand, and it was very sincere- he looks you in the eyes when he's talking to you and is very good at what he does. He waited until I was comfortable again before proceeding and didn't make me feel silly for acting like such a baby. I went to a different podiatrist a few years ago and they were awful so this was not my first rodeo. The difference between Dr. Nagler and other podiatrists is that Dr. Nagler does not delegate his work to assistants. He is very hands on and a true professional. I noticed that another person complained about the wait. I did wait about 15 minutes but I would much rather wait and get excellent care from the Doctor himself. He takes his time with you, explains everything, and answers any questions you have. The office is super clean and sterile and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Nagler and his staff. I would definitely go back to him and highly recommend him to anyone that needs a podiatrist.
