Not to mention, the packaging services they offer is amazing. I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.
