How the heavy metal shelves got that damaged is beyond me and the fact that we need extra protection to make sure they can deliver them without damaging is silly. The expectation in a shipping company is to get it there in one piece. I would not use them again and a little disappointed they refused to cover some of the cost we incurred because they delivered them with damage. We even provided photos of the shelves prior to shipping to show they were in good condition and they did not cover it. I will go elsewhere next time.
