If you are needing fingerprints done for a background check you have to go through a site called IdentoGo to be able to schedule them and pay online for them if you have a debit or credit card. The UPS Store located on E Washington St is always crowded. While I stood in a line of 5 people, the clerk could have announced that there was a self -scan station over at the west side of the store. I didn't notice it until a 6th customer entered the store and went there directly. There should also be clearer signage as to what bins to place your items in after scanning. Since I couldn't make out what went where I just left mine on the counter. The clerks seem to always be in a bad mood. These days I don't expect a warm welcoming smile when doing business in retail establishments, but some form of acknowledgement is appreciated. It goes a long way toward fostering good customer relations.
