Dr. Brogden's plan for straightening teeth and fixing an overbite was the most comprehensive and the least invasive. Unlike the other two consultations, Dr. Brogden did not require any teeth shaved or pulled. As well, Dr. Brogden estimated 1 year of braces while the other two doctors estimated 2 to 5 years. Additionally, Dr. Brogens estimate for the cost was the fairest. Dr. Brogden's manner is calm, the appointments are always on time and Dr. Brogden achieved perfect results three months early! I'm a single father of 3 boys and I took my son out of school for a routine cleaning and check up and everything went well until I requested to see his x-rays. The dentist was combative, rude and arrogant and I have never been treated this way before...ever! After my son's routine cleaning and x-ray (which was incredibly overpriced at $400), I asked the dentist to show me the x-ray while she explained the concerns of a cavity, because it helps to have a visual to better understand the issue. Instead of being accommodating, the dentist chose to be combative and argumentative going on a tirade about her process and how long she has been a dentist. Not to mention, they tried to hustle me out of $50 for appt. cancellation fee. when I called for an appointment they rushed me into a slot the next day (a sign that business is not doing so well these days). When I had to reschedule, they still attempted to charge me! ridiculous! Now for context, I have been going to this dentist for over 5 years for myself and my family, so I'm very familiar with their processes and prices so you can imagine how surprised and appalled I was! The quality of service and professionalism is at an all time low here! Which is very disappointing because this use to be a credible, reliable and friendly practice.
