Jana was most helpful answering my initial questions over the phone and was able to schedule me for a consultation the next day. Jana welcomed me as I entered and handled follow up questions, paperwork and scheduling with a smile. The office is very relaxing, with a peaceful waterfall and beautiful fish tank. Wendy helped take care of some films for review. She was understanding of my angst and eager to ease fears, which Jana and Wendy both handled well. Dr. Gudger took his time with me, answering all my questions/concerns with expertise. I didn't feel rushed nor pushed into further work, at all. In fact, when I brought up other issues, he gently brought the focus back to my initial concern, which was an extraction and implant with sedation. In the end, they told me "we can't do anything" and referred me to another place. They neither refunded my money nor took any responsibility for the failed treatments.
