I said I had been waiting and agent says oh no, she has been waiting too. which I know wasn't true. Finally get in room and the top of one item paired together is a small and other piece is medium, vice two smalls, I stick my head out and look for agent. one finally comes by and explain, she gets the piece in a small, but it has a huge snag, run across the front. I pointed it out before she handed it to me. I said I will try on for sizing but would like a different one for purchase if it fits. I finish up and decide to buy items but again need to ask agent for an item without the big snag. she snaps at me for being so demanding. Meantime, I have watched the agent go back and forth for the women who cut in front of me at least 4-5 times. She walked out bought nothing. I was ready to purchase, cash in hand --- and the agent meandered around, stopped and talked to another customer, and dissappeared for a while, she came back out and then went to clear dressing rooms, still didn't have my item. She walked back to counter, again looking at me like I had asked her to give up her first born. "What ?" I pointed to snagged skirt --- and she flapped her hands.... she walked toward the back again. I didn't see her for a while and then she went toward rooms again - so I left. You lost about 220.00 worth of business and a customer.

After some research, I found the items for less on Amazon, so we called Hansens. My fiancé spoke with them, and they were willing to price match. Enter Patty, the awesome manager! Patty was incredibly kind and helpful--she matched the Amazon price and gave me a partial refund right on the existing order. I didn't even have to drive back to Encinitas or hassle with a return. Since so much time had elapsed, I even gave them an option of alternate clothes in case what I originally ordered wasn't in stock anymore. I'd get so aggravated when I'd see what I ordered go on sale, and I'd still be waiting for my order. There are MANY LEGIT companies online from which to order product, however, this IS NOT one of them. If you order from this company, it's unlikely you'll get your items. If the store is opened, it'll make me even more upset, which I'm getting as I type this. I work too hard to lose money & get ripped off, since this company owes me close to $50- plus all the wasted time trying to collect my order.
