Then later they sent me a reminder for my appointment so I texted the text line (it was after hours at that point) to make sure they actually canceled it, they didn't. Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

Avoid this place at all cost.. all they care about is charging you. I was fighting an infection and made my appt days after the second round of antibiotics. The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee

I would like to express my deep regret about using this saloon.I went to naya saloon yesterday 14th december for the first time because I read their good reviews but I deeply regret it! First of all the prices on yelp page do not correspond to reality, they are MUCH higher! Secondly, the girl who made my waxing was COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL!! She didn't even hesitate to tell me that it was her first waxing !! no wonder I have patches of unwaxed hair on my legs! for 110$!!! Thirdly, it was soo freezing in the room!! I got so cold! so now, I caught a cold, I cough, have a high temperature instead of enjoying my weekend! At the reception I told girl Mia that it was freezing and my feet got stoney cold! instead of apologizing she just said: Oh, yeah, some of our estheticians like it cold during procedures!! Hello Everyone - I never have time to leave a review, but I had to for this one! I've been to so many different spas from Santa Barbara, to Beverly Hills and I am so unhappy each time I leave, I just don't feel as I should after the massage. A friend of mine, highly recommended I go see Catarina at Naya. And so I did about a month ago. The moment she introduced herself, I felt her amazing energy, that my friend told me she loved about her. I handed her my intake form and from there, she asked specific questions, that no other spa that I have been to ,bothered asking me. Her touch is amazing. She had a few candles lit in the room, in which I love. And the music was perfect. It was Native American with different flutes. I chose the 90 minute hot stone massage. Recently I had the pleasure of receiving a Massage at the Naya Spa Boutique on Devonshire in Chatsworth. When you walk through the door, you are greeted with heavenly essential oil fragrance and a very kind person who welcomes you. The receptionist was warm, sincerely nice, and helpful. I was immediately escorted to a resting area and offered wine and chocolate. I chose Pinot, (it was excellent) and the chocolate was surprisingly good. My masseur was Robert who just started to work there. I've followed Robert over the years to various spas because if I am to get a massage, I want the best - and he's exactly that. He is a quiet, professional, experienced, very skilled therapist, and he always gets the pressure perfect. He can go deep without hurting me. He's amazing. This spa turns out to be my favorite now because of the staff, the natural products, and the wine/chocolate. I look forward to my next appointment. read more

the other day i got a brazilian wax done by christina. this was my first time. she was very professional, nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time- i didnt feel akward at all during the treatment. she answered any questions that i had and chatted with me the entire time which helped my nerves. its funny how nervous i was, i guess it was the first time jitters- but it didnt hurt at all. another thing i liked was how i got to pick the music that we listened to which kept the atmosphere relaxing. i also got my eyebrows waxed the same day. i love getting my eyebrows done there because i can run errands right after and not feel insecure. usually when i get waxed at other places i leave completly red, bumpy and have irritation for a few days. i think my skin reacts so well with the naya products becuase it is plant based, thank you naya! read more

I attended the Luna Lounge (they have it every full moon) - and it was very nice. You pay $15 per person or (if 2 people arrive together $15 together) and you receive a mini-facial or mini massage. This is one of the best spas around. It's small and intimate. What it lacks in the amenities of a larger spa (lockers, changing rooms, etc) it makes up for in the personalized service. This is really the Valley's best kept secret. Tucked along Devonshire Street on Jordan, you'd never expect one of the best spas in LA.
