Please Share and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS U WANT TO BE JUMPED, ROBBED AND TREATED UNPROFESSIONAL BY THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE Naz Tailoring! on October 17 2024 I experienced the WORST thing a mother could ever experience with her kids in a place of business. I went to Naz Tailoring 131 whiting street plainville ct 06062 for a small alteration on a costume for my 3 year old son no price was discussed we did sizing and when I left a few hours later I got a call that it was done and ready for pickup and would be 100$ I asked her what would be 100$ that we discussed just doing a small alteration not a custom alteration because that would be more and she answered me with "it's 100 dollars now you have a problem to pay I know my worth and i know we discussed a small alteration but I had to do a custom alteration on one piece so if you don't want to come pay I will just sell to someone else" and hangs up the phone right on me I then call her back and she declines my calls about 30 min later she then calls me back asking me if I had called her and I told her yes and asked her, why did she hang up on me in the middle of discussing the price of my child's costume alteration she told me because theres nothing to discuss I told you the price you come and pay or leave with your kid crying and the police. I asked her why is she talking to me like that as if I'm not trying to pay I'm just trying to understand what I was being charged 100$ for and that I'll just speak with her in person. When I go in to see and try the costume on my 3 year old son, after trying on I tell her how I like it but we need to discuss pricing or something because i didn't ask for a custom order just a small alteration and how my husband wanted to speak with her on the phone to understand why I was being charged 100$ not even 1 sec after she grabs my phone to speak with my husband another worker starts attacking me in front of my 5 and 3 year old ATTACKING ME screaming "she doesn't want to speak to him we told u the price get out of our fucking business" while pulling my hair and hitting me Naz then jumps in snatched the costume out my hand and proceeded to grab me by my hair at this point Naz and the other women were both Jumping me Punching me ripping my hair out while calling the police acting like they were being robbed. They pushed me into a room in the back and I was trying to get out to my kids. My kids were screaming "Stopp Stoppp" and they wouldnt stop they kept coming kept hitting me pulling my hair i was screaming fighting begging them to stop doing this to me in front of my kids trying to get out of that room SCREAMING telling them to STOPP why were they doing this to me I was able to get ahold of my pepper spray and pulled it out I screamed LEAVE ME ALONE LET ME LEAVE STOP HITTING ME or I am going to pepper spray ya they kept coming I sprayed I was then able to break through and i screamed to my kids to run out the door as I was running out behind with no shoes no belongings i was finally able to escape as the cops were pulling to the scene but in a white supremacy town like this the cops arrested no one because to their discretion they couldn't figure out who was the aggressor with blood scratching bruises all over my body while these women had not a scratch or mark MY KIDS ARE EXTREMELY TRAUMATIZED IM TRAUMATIZED DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE JUMPED,ROBBED,and TRAUMATIZED!!! With no justice served by the only people who can make u feel safe. In fact the officer Ms.Rodriguez (plainville police dept) told me I need to let this go and go my separate way like nothing happened like I'm not a victim like I wasn't viciously jumped and attacked in front of my 3 and 5 year old at a place of business ! read more

horrible place this place is horrible dont ever go there they were rude about dropping off the item no price ever listed then she tells my wife it will be ready next day, so she left then she gets a call a hour latter that the item is ready then tells her its 100$ "if you dont like oh well ill sell it to soemone else " mind you all we wanted was a halloween costume to be sized up to my 3 year old son. we did not expect it would be 100$ for that it was a small alteration, anyway my wife and kids were the ones that had this experience i was on the phone the entire time and heard everything. so my wife goes to see the costume im at work on the phone,my wife gets there trys on the costume on my son and she went to the back room comes out and shes tells naz well i dont see how this was $100 it was just a small alteration , if she had told my wife that from the beginning she would have took the costume elsewhere, so i tell my wife can you put the naz lady on the phone so i can discuss with her my self to see why it would be $100 for it because i was the one paying for everything so i just wanted to see what exactly what was yhwy price i was actually willing to pay.... while on the phone still i hear everything at work in total shock left the my job immediately and head to the location while everything is taking place...she then immediately grabs my wifes hair and pushed her while my kids are witnessing this whole event unfold my wife pulls out pepper spray while they are still attacking tells them to let her leave they rushed her so she sprayed them and they still kept coming she was able to break away and escape and grab the kids and leave my wife and the owner naz had called the cops and now we are pending investigation this place this is the most traumatic and terrifying experience we have ever had for me my wife and kids ... my 3 and 5 year old dont ever come to this place unless you want to be jumped and robbed also while the whole scuffle was going on one of the ladys was on the phone with the police screaming that my wife was leaving the store with unpaid items, to make it seem like she was the aggressor. during the altercation my wife screaming to let her leave she didnt even have the costume at that point they had ripped it from her hands and said "leave our f*****g business" while grabbing my wifes hair and hitting her. this was all explained to plainville police department and they did nothing .... they told me its a "ongoing investigation" while being extremely rude to me and my wife treated us as we were the criminals and never arrested the two women that assaulted my wife and endarged my 2 children, i dont know if this was racism or they know the people that owned the tailoring place either way this was a horrible experience my kids are traumatized beyond understanding, im writting this post to help spread our story and shed some light so we can get justice that is deserved. we called the police for help and got none. i feel powerless i could not defend my family as i was not there, then to put trust in the police officers that was supposed to to protect and serve to get us justice for my wife and children and they did nothing ! the place is called naz tailoring in plainville ct,131 whiting st read more
