This office is awful, they are very unethical I went in a few times and a month after my last visit I received a EOB from my dental insurance showing 27 charges with all different date.ls. ( all different procedures and all different dates) going back the last 9 months. I was not even a patient there then, I just became a patient 2months ago they billed for dental cleanings and full x-rays EVERY MONTH, who does this. I have a VERY strong fear of dentists and people touching my teeth lol. Id never thought I'd leave a good review on a dentists page but Dr. Nazanin is amazing. She knows how scared I am of the dentist and she makes sure to calm me down every visit and through my procedures. She lets me know exactly what she is going to do and for how long, etc. I HATE the drill so she makes sure to give me break in between. She is very patient and gentle and her staff are amazing. After my friend recommended Dr. Ezzati I made an appointment right away. The receptionist was very quick and accommodating with scheduling. When I got to her office the staff was very helpful and friendly. I made an appointment with Dr. Ezzati to get a second opinion and to fill my cavities. She was very honest and said that she didn't see any cavities and that we could keep an eye on specific teeth. She also waived my X-ray charge which was very nice! I've been coming to Dr Ezzati for years and she has a gentle touch that is hard to find in a dentist. Thankfully I take great care of my teeth and have never had to do anything other than twice yearly cleanings. I have used her services for Zoom whitening. The first time was about 8 years ago, that's how well it works! Did it again last year and love how my teeth look. She is very affordable and the location is convenient about 5 mins off the 101 located in the Tarzana medical building. Her office staff is great too. Highly recommend!! read more

I just wanted to take a minute to praise Dr. Ezzati and her wonderful staff, Inna and Veronica I have a young adult son who still needs to be reminded to keep up with his dental hygiene, and Dr Ezzati, or Nazi (as we call her) has become an extension to our family. I went to the Dr. Nazanin office for the second opinion on my cavity and got it. She proposed the fillings for both teeth and asked to schedule the appointment. I did. The day before i worked late and didn't feel good in the morning so i didn't go to the Dentist office. In two weeks i received the EOB from my insurance which shown that i was billed for two composite on both teeth in total of $400 for the service she has never performed. That was quite a surprise and took me time and stress to resolve the issue. I was explained that i was billed by her assistant (it was not her) in the advance and they had to process the refund as i didn't show up. Why do they bill you in advance when the work is not done - i can't explain. I was very disappointed. read more

I was seen promptly for my cleaning and was out of the office in about 30 minutes. Dr. Ezzati was kind and professional, as was the staff. There's free parking in the back of her office's building. Oh em gee I love this dentist. Talks you through what you are having done in terms the average person can understand. Very gentle and caring. Asks if you are ok several times during your visit. After spending months (and more money than I wanted to) on finding a dentist from Beverly Hills to the greater San Fernando Valley I finally came to Dr Nazanin Ezzatis office in Tarzana. From the moment I walked into her beautifully clean and up to date office her staff greeted me with warmth and smiles. Her office manager Inna helped me with all questions and concerns I had about pricing, payment plans and insurance before Veronica, the chair side assistant took me back and settled me in and made me feel comfortable. When Dr. Ezzati came into the room I automatically felt I was in great hands. She talked me through everything I needed done and didnt suggest any unnecessary treatments like I had been dealing with from other dentists. As she started working on me she made me feel at ease by comfortably talking to me which took a lot of my fears away. I took two of my children to Dr. Ezzati today. One is 7 years old and one is 3 years old. M y 4 year old sadly had 3 cavaties that needed to be cleaned and filled. She is an amazing dentist with children! Very caring and delicate mannerisms in dealing with children as they can be quite delicate and nervous. I am planning on having her do my cleaning as well in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone with or without kids. Excellent prices and service...hard to find these days! Dr Ezzati is wonderful! My husband and I have been seeing her for a few years, ever since we moved to L.A. She (and Veronica also) are very gentle, and she always takes the time to answer any questions. I had to get a couple caps for the first time, and it really stressed me out, but she is so soothing, not at all the type of dentist who uses fear when she talks to you. We also like that her prices are reasonable, and that she is very clear on what needs to be done right away, and what can wait. In other words, she's honest and we trust her. I had the same exact thing happened to me as Dar H. No examination, no x-rays, and the Groupon was redeemed before I even saw the dentist. How would they know if zoom was proper for me or not. They would not have. Moreover, on the website it states it is a one hour zoom treatment yet I only received 15 minutes. I did not get what I paid for. I had also called beforehand to make sure it was one hour zoom before I bought the Groupon and they said it was . It was a definite misrepresentation.
