rude staff, negative atmosphere and long queue. everything looks unprofessional, dirty, dubious. the offices are in disarray, the walls are almost crumbling, there is a small and stuffy waiting corridor, with little oxygen and a large number of sick people constantly sneezing and coughing. Horrible and rude staff. Any day or time you call they are either closed or on lunch. Horrible attitude, 0 customer service. They are booked out for 5 months, but they say to come as a walk in. They make you wait hours and then turn you away. They get my medications wrong and can't even fax the prescription to my pharmacy. Don't even bother coming here, save yourself the time and headache. I saw the Dr only once and she seemed caring and understanding. The door was open during the entire consultation with people walking in and out of adjacent rooms. The nurse interrupted us twice asking questions about other patients calling them by name and receiving info about them from the Dr,right in front of me. The Dr left the room in the middle of our conversation to greet some other patient. When I asked for an pre-op test, the nurse got upset that I didn't ask for it at the beginning of my visit. I was asked to pay cash despite my PPO insurance. They told me I will be refunded when the insurance pays them. It's been a month since my blood test and no one has called me with results. They don't pickup their phone and the message box is full. Their door is locked and they won't let you in without an appointment which you cannot get because they don't answer their phone. read more

Worst doctor ever!!! Does not give a rat's ass about her patients. It's like her goal is to collect patients just to make money off them. She'll prescribe any random medication just to get rid of patients and move on to the next one. She gave my sister a false diagnosis on something major and prescribed medication for her symptoms and it turned out to be a whole different issue. A simple pharmacist diagnosed my sister's issue and a major doctor couldn't. In short, a med student would probably be a better choice than this place. read more

I went to get a copy of the blood results I had previously given. They looked for my file for 10 min and said they don't have it. The staff is the worst and the doctor didn't even spend 5 minutes with me when I went in to see her. I had to do a walk in because they didn't have any appointments for the next 3 months! I sat in the waiting area for literally 5 hours only to see the doctor for 3 minutes. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME! I needed to get a referral for a general surgeon to remove a lump on my side. I went in on January 13 and never heard back from them in regards to my authorization. I never got a letter in regards to the authorization. I called them last Friday on February 25 to follow up with them and they told me it was still pending. Today, I called my insurance to follow up on their end and was told that the request was submitted on February 25 and that there were no previous requests and that the authorization process took 5 to 7 business days. Also, when you call their office, no one ever answers and if they do they give you wrong information and sometimes tell you that you got the wrong number. They also never call you back. Unless you call their office to follow up, they won't do anything with your file. The authorization for me to go to a general surgeon just sat on their desk for over a month and a half until I called to follow up with the status of the approval. Dr.Nazaryan is by far the worst doctor we have ever had. My mom went to her office with a high fever and body ache. She waited 4 hours to be seen. Finally, when she was called in, Dr.Nazaryan told my mom that it's just a common cold and she needs to go home and have a ginger tea. My poor mom was very frustrated as to how it was possible to recognize a cold without even asking about her symptoms and checking her lungs, sinuses, throat, and ears. This practice that Dr. Armine Nazaryan is running is absolutely terrible. I went in for the first time, she had never met me before, I requested to be referred to a gastroenterologist in order to get a colonoscopy, and automatically she presumed I had diverticulitis without seeing any cat-scans of my abdomen. She said that I didn't need a colonoscopy, why was I requesting it? Rude Rude rude. Her staff, and her are a perfect match. On top of all this an appointment to see her is scheduled a month in advance or if you walk in you have to wait the whole day for her to see you. Never again will I go to her. Stay away. Turns out I had an infection in my intestines and if I had not gone to the ER that night, god knows what would have happened. I would start off by saying Dr. Nazaryan is a great doctor and really is a sweetheart but she really needs to get rid of everyone on that staff .When you call the office you get an appointment 8 months later which is a huge problem with someone like me who barely goes and if she decides to go to actually be seen. She really needs a sweet staff and younger who are quick on finding results and helping you out. I get my results way to late and my authorizations are sent to the worst doctors or doctors who I see 6 months after I had the pain.
