I don't drink any other water anymore. The convenience of driving up and filling up your own gallons is nice especially if you function when operating hours are closed. I needed to go inside one day and the manager on duty was super helpful and really sweet. read more

I am a quarantiner because of my immune system. They have always been helpful but now they come to my car and get my bottles. They fill them up and bring them back out to me. They take my CC and charge it inside. I sign it electronically. I always tip the young man for his help. Best water..I use high ph water. read more

Love this place!! It's always friendly but beyond that I have a toddler oh doesn't always make it the easiest to get down and refill my containers. They are so amazing they come get my containers from my vehicle fill them up, bring them back to my car and I pay at my truck! It's the small things that make a business great!! Awesome health benefits & great tasting water. I truly believe in eating & drinking healthy. I don't drink cokes (colas, pop, sodas) or any product that isn't organic or all natural. Even with those, I make a conscious effort to be aware of ingredients. I have reviewed alkaline water since 2010 & I had considered purchasing an alkaline machine that's been around for years, for my home, but the investment didn't fit in my budget. I noticed this store on a business trip from S.A. to New Braunfels. Knowing the benefits of the water, I knew the testimonials were real. My co-worker has a family member who was given a very poor prognosis due to cancer, but is still alive 4 yrs later because he changed his eating habits & only drinks alkaline water. I realize results vary & are not guaranteed, but I'm convinced natural alternatives are best. Each time I've stopped in at this location I have been warmly greeted & all my questions have been answered. During my last visit I also found out their in home installation pricing for a system is waaaaay under what I was going to pay for the previous machine & is definitely in my budget. I'm looking to buy a house & I will install this system for cooking & drinking. Today I stopped for refills & purchased a 2 gallon container to leave on my counter & the fill was free. Refills are $1/gallon & you seriously can't beat that. My health is definitely worth it! I highly recommend this location & using this water. Thank you for being courteous & kind. read more

The Customer Service has improved tremendously over the years. I come here every other week to fill my 5-gallon jugs for my Family. This alkaline water does wonders for my wife and kids. The only issue I have is that it can be a little awkward during the transaction but other than that their product is perfect. $1 a gallon which I have personally tested each jug which does result to 9+ ph level even after week in storage. This shop is NOT price gouging, there are 14 Alkaline Water Stores in this part of Texas, most sell for $1.50, some for $1.25 a gallon, this store sells for $1.00 inside and $1.50 on a new vending machine, this seems very fair since vending machines are a huge investment. In a previous post someone said there was price gouging, that post seemed to be written with anger and frustration, during these scary and trying times I can understand, but I do not see how it helps to attack a business that is in fact cheaper than most in price in the area. read more

The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick service. Only down side is that they run out of water sometimes, so get there early.

This woman is taking advantage of the situation going on right now. She has put in an automatic system increased the price of a gallon from $1.00 to $1.50 and now her "machine" is charging for 3 gallons and only dispensing 2. We called and she made no effort to make it right and said it's a convenience fee and it takes credit cards....humm funny if you go inside its self serve and they take credit cards!!! I'm so glad I came to this yelp review. I read what others have said about the rude lady. I like her son, he hasn't been there for a while now, or maybe I'm going on days that he isn't there. His mother is quite something else. Don't ask her anything cause she comes across very condescending. I buy my water and all my adult children's water too. I want my grand children to benefit from it. But they are no longer making the 10.5ph and the water price has increased there and not at any other store. I think I did my last store shopping here in New Braunfels. I'm not liking his mom too much. She is Rude. I'm glad I read all these reviews. The woman owner is the most rude person I have ever met. Her husband is very kind I don't know how they make it together if you spill one drop she stands at your shoulder and bothers you and complains. In frustration I handed her a dollar and said here this will cover all the drops I may possibly make for the next year And she not only took it now she has a sign up that says if anybody spills they owe her a dollar or more that is my bad I am sorry. Karma will take care of her in the end. If you go then go because her husband is kind and the kids that work there are nice and the water is good, but you can get good water elsewhere. The woman is a Capital B and consumed by greed. I would like to add that when you read a perfect review about this place I can guarantee you the woman was not there that day. If you go in on a day when the man is there you will absolutely give a perfect score for this place because he is that sweet. read more

Great Service! Bought a BPA Free 5 gallon jug for about $14.00 so I got a fill up for free! Great tasting water and a helpful staff. They charge $1.00 per gallon and you can bring your own containers. Will be back because I feel better drinking this water than the city water that has tons of chemicals. read more

I would like to start that this review is not about the water. The alkaline water is wonderful and I swear by it. This review is about the increase in price and the downright lie they told me about the increase. The water is now 1.25 a gallon or .75cents if you pay a $100 membership fee. I was told that this is a chainwide increase for all WaterTree locations. THIS IS A LIE!. The San Marcos Water Tree Store is not only still 1.00 a gallon, but you can pay .50cents if you pay a $50 membership fee(yes a whole lot cheaper all around for the same membership the New Braunfels Water Tree is trying to sell). The "christian"store owners are getting greedy now and i will be referring all future customers to the San Marcos store. I hope the store owners read this and realize that word will get around and eventually their sales will go down. Maybe they will then learn how to treat their bread and butter clients read more

Came in to try it, as I normally fill mine at a Market and get reverse osmosis from one of their machines. I talked with them and asked if they had reverse osmosis water and they mentioned just Alkaline Water and described the great benefits compared to other water. I brought my 5x 5 gallon bottles and wanted to give it a try and spend $25 on water. When I went back to the car and thought I wanted to try it, so I went back in the store with my sons small water bottle and asked if I could try a little since I was not going to use the water for another week. At first they asked me if the water bottle was from the store (It was green and looked very different then any other bottle in the store) and then they told me that if I wanted to to try some I had to buy a refill for any bottle for $0.50 (she seemed like the owner) Although I just bought $25 of water. Sorry but that felt like I got very little loyalty for a new customer. Sorry but it will make me not return. People first, quality of the water second! We are in the service industry our selves and we know that people come first!! read more

This water is great, its good for the body and it taste great and also very cheap in cost. I buy 5 gallons a week, me and my family use it even in our tea & coffee. I highly recommend you stop in and at least try it, the guy's are super nice and very knowledgeable about the product. THANKS AGAIN GUYS read more
