Every time I go in there, everyone is so super friendly. The manager and the staff always greet me and everyone seems happy to work there for the most part. There is a nice vibe to this location. Really wanted a smoothie....BUT before you follow the directions given on yelp. Be aware that is is not their location!!!! This will bring you to Creekside Target. I called and they are actually adjacent to Dunkin Donuts in the same plaza of HEB. This great new spot opened up recently! So far it's a fave among my circle ... I i watched as people popped in and out with their delicious fuel, and many of them I'd say were either heading in to a gym or just wrapping a great workout. Lots of great options now than the menu of long ago. If you're a calorie counter and want all the details for every beverage, be sure to pick up their Menu booklet! Super clean and super friendly staff ... love all their little slogans throughout like...Rule The Day or What's Your Purpose? and of course...you can customize your own drink...and a little bit of this or a little less of that.. Every time I go, I'm pleasantly greeted and patiently served. I can be indecisive sometimes but I'm always provided with great recommendations and solutions for what I feel my body is needing. They provide amazing options for all or most of one's health needs and every option I've had has been delicious. Once my mind is made up as to which choice and what modifications, if any, I'd like and/or which nutritional boosts to get, my smoothie is ready in no time. You won't have to wait too long. If you're in a hurry, they have a handy dandy app available for you to order so that your purchase is waiting for you with your name on it. I just popped in after getting adjusted next door at "The Joint Chiropractic". I don't come in very often so I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. I was with my daughter, who also didn't know what she wanted. The staff was friendly and helped us by making some recommendations. I ordered the Cherry Tart Colligen booster, and my daughter got the Peanut Power Up with Chocolate. I also ordered one for my son at home. They were very good! It's more affordable Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Cibolo, which is closer to where we live, but there's another Smoothie King in the Forum which is still fairly close. Since we will be at the chiropractor often, I'm happy that we can stop in whenever we go to New Braunfels :-). read more

Typical set up for a smoothie king, but this location is always great. Whether we order on the app and pick up in store, or order in the store, the people are always so nice and quickly make our smoothies. We've been many times, my bf loves the chocolate gladiator with strawberries and adds peanut butter, and I like all of the super fruity ones, the mango pineapple Greek yogurt, and the pineapple kale smoothies. read more

I don't know who the gentleman was who came to the door when we visited the Smoothie King this afternoon. Although my daughter has frequented their business, this was my first trip to the Smoothie King. Let me preface this whole review with this statement: when it comes to food and beverages, I absolutely hate paying more than $3 for anything you don't have to chew. So needless to say, I visited the Smoothie King out of sheer love for my child, and I grimaced at the idea of paying for an over-priced sippy cup full of go-go juice. So we arrive, and there's a lock box on the door and a sign saying they're closed due to corona virus. But we can order online or call in or use the app. I'm in the process of circling the sidewalk in frustration while my daughter tries to get on the app and order her beverage. As she is unsuccessfully trying to place her order through the app, the "magic gentleman" appears at the door and opens it. He's very apologetic about the inconvenience, and he can tell I'm irritated because we're standing out on the sidewalk trying to work technology and get her smoothie. BUT the techno gods are not on our side, and the app is not accepting the order. So the "magic gentleman" offers to just take her order verbally, and he'll run my credit card in the store. I love this idea because that was my suggestion to begin with. So he goes in and makes the million dollar smoothie and returns with it and I hand him my card. ANDddddd the card doesn't go through. Techno gods be damned, I had no wifi, I had no cash, and I really had no more patience. I just decided that we're going to leave the kid there with the smoothie while I go to the bank and withdraw the cash needed to pay for the goofy smoothie. I had a bank that I could drive to within ten minutes, and small business would just have to trust that I would be back with the money. And you know what "magic gentleman" did? He told us to take the smoothie - it was on the house - and that we were only required to have a good day and come back again. I know that whole exchange probably isn't that big of a deal to most people, but that gentleman's service, patience and understanding displayed during that 20-minute encounter made me a customer for life. Sometimes, our Knights in Shining Armor are covered in mango juice and an apron. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back with my $7 to boot. Best smoothie we've ever had. With the protein shot in it, it was totally worth every cent. read more

I love smoothie king and we visit this smoothie king 3-4 times a week. The store is clean and typically staff are pleasant. However, the more you frequent a place the chance that something could be incorrect goes up. This is not an issue things happen. I have had 2 incidences this summer where my order was messed up. I called and the items were replaced. My issue is Harmony patronized my husband when he picked up the replacement order today. She told him that Ms. Susan needs to check the order before leaving. I typically am picking up smoothie king for dinner so everything in order is not mine. So until I get home I don't know if there's an issue. Both times I called I called right away. She told my husband that after the product leaves to store she can't be sure what happens. In the month of July I have been to this smoothie king 16 times. My bill ranges fro 23-49 dollars every time. When I spoke to harmony by phone she accused me of called a few times about products. It had only been twice. She did not care that I have spent in month of July approximately 420.00 dollars in her store can be verified. She felt just in treating me like a dumb kid and speaking to me rudely. I am 53 and my husband is 57. I never post reviews but Harmony was obnoxious and doesn't value repeat customers!! read more
