We had some major issues with our photographer but Penjo handled it amazingly. Colby helped the day go smoothly aside from the delays caused by the photographer issues. And they were so accommodating when we had minor changes from the timeline as the day went on. Her and Colby were truly so amazing and helped my wedding day go so smoothly. Ken was so easy to work with and helped us get everything set up exactly how we wanted it. My mom handled the bar with some upgrades and we were able to get some additions that everyone enjoyed. Their custom cocktails were also fantastic!! Aside from some minor issues with seating availability and things out of their control the day was amazing and I'm so glad we picked them for our wedding day. Ken was amazing to work with (I had so many questions and he never failed to respond so quickly to every single one) .We had the in house coordination, with Penjo and her team, and while it's "technically" day-of coordination and vendor stuff, she still communicated with me every step of the way. The day-of duo of Penjo and Madison were so amazing. They kept me calm and mostly stress free. I say mostly because the stress was not from them and from my family which they can't control haha. But they were always checking on me and making sure everything was going smoothly. Literally the dream team. We had the in house decor team set up and by golly was it beautiful. I was a little worried because I didn't get to see everything until we checked in on the day of, but again, everything exceeded all expectations. We had the in house DJ, Colby. What a great human honestly. Vibes were so high all night, I don't think there was a single second that the dance floor wasn't poppin. He also was in charge of the Photo Booth that was ALSO poppin all night lol. We had an open bar as well and the bartender and team were we quick and accommodating! Also friendly AF! We came to Cowboys & Cadillacs as it seemed like a cool place to go. They have dinning inside. But outside roof top there is a huge stage, and big fire pit. The second level is more seating and a bar. A lot of people were out. A couple "brides to be" with their party were out too. The band was good. Ordered a blueberry mojito. Very nice. Also ordered their flat bread pizza. Loved the bbq sauce that was on it. And picked jalapeños. Great night over all.

Firstly, the original building was moved down the street, losing some of it's location charm, located in a field far away from the Barbarossa Bowling Club, and TREES (there are none at the current locale). While the move and re-build added outdoor bar, deck, kids stuff, etc., the original "local charm" is just kinda gone. On a Sunday, there were 5 bar staff members, all of which seemed to be partaking a bit, while ignoring us for easily 5-minutes before acknowledging. Seems like only local bar flies are taken care of. We stayed for a beer, reminisced about all the funky decorations that were missing (especially in the bathrooms), and decided to leave because it just didn't feel as welcoming as in the past, and seemed a bit contrived with obviously brand new ticky-tack decor.
