While I was in the store, I noticed five to six employees restocking shelves, bringing out additional inventory, and pricing merchandise. They were definitely working hard, which was impressive. CityWalk is mostly known as the gateway to Universal Studios Hollywood. You can walk right up to the Universal gates once you reach the end of CityWalk. Some people come in and out of the park to have lunch at CityWalk or an end-of-day dinner. I highly recommend both options. Overall, CityWalk is kept clean and the pavement is consistently power washed. Some shops have better service than others, but I've never really had a terrible experience at any of the stores or eateries. My only gripe would be the industrial food court area.
