In other words NBAC became for me "one stop shopping" for all my tax and financial needs. It is very convenient as it allows me to save a lot of time and money especially over a long period of time. It is important to have the same staff to handle all your tax and financial needs instead of going from one company to another. NBAC staff is very responsive and everything is done fast. I am doing so much with them that many know me personally. NBAC employees are not seasonal workers. The low staff turnover there has allowed them to build a trusted relationship with me. Recently NBAC implemented a new approach for tax preparation and for filing some other docs: you can rent a station with professional software and fill out those forms by yourself.
