Mr Hart is an excellent tax preparer. List our long time CPA 2years ago. Went online to a " 5 Star tax preparer" I ended up in MD Comptroller's office arguing with my tax preparer ( who spoke very broken English) for her to furnish a required state tax form she felt did not have to file Later I found out my DC return was not filed! So I was VERY skeptical going to Mr Hart. I have a slightly complex tax return and he is super well informed. Also helpful with common sense advice.
