Spending a day with my family, enjoying Vertos Pop Up with this clothing (NBTrendy- SF) brand. The owner's mother, was very unprofessional. Came straight up to me while standing by a jewelry table, the owner's mother said, " You just put something in your pocket", instead of asking and accusing. Without any hostility on my end, I pulled my receipt letting her know, this item was purchased next door. I do not appreciate her rude, hostile tone with me and the mother's owner did not apologize how she treated me and lied about the whole incident that happened. Very disappointed and displeased with the service, and to be lied to that I cant speak to someone regarding this matter. A very unique boutique. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to help you select a perfect outfit. I was able to get a few extra pieces for my wardrobe. I'm definitely shopping here more often.. the only down fall is that it's hike from where I live and they don't have an online store. According to the "store policy" you can not try on any items that are white or nude due to the fact that women will inevitably stain them with their makeup. All items are also final sale due to COVID-19 so basically you're screwed. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. It's impossible to support small business when they don't support the community that funds them. I went in to simply EXCHANGE a dress that is oversized and was told I would need to visit the San Fernando valley location. Okay fine. The company still refused to simply exchange a purchase stating it was final sale. After noting that NOTHING on the receipt indicated it was "final sale" the sales associate then switched the reasoning stating I only had 10 days to exchange. Okay fair enough - spoiler alert; the 10 days includes the day of purchase! I wasnt asking for my money back or even a store credit, just a dress that properly fit. Moral of the story, stick large companies that don't import clothing from China, sell it at a premium to people in a small community trying to support local businesses, then refuse any conflict resolution with purchase. Just go to Nordstrom or an online boutique!!! All the clothes are Nordstrom prices but Nordstrom has much better customer service and selection! (They rarely have every size in items you may want) I used to come in once a month and buy an outfit until I had an issue w customer service. There was a blue jumpsuit I LOVED and found it at a great price. When I brought it to the register the lady (who I believe is the owner) said no sorry this is the wrong price and DOUBLED what the price tag said. I explained to her and showed her that ALL the other ones had the wrong price too. She said no sorry I can't sell it to you it's the wrong price. I used to work in retail and this is unacceptable!! If all of the clothes have the wrong price tags you give the customer the price it says, THEN change the tags! They lost an extremely loyal customer who used to rave about this place, and her friends who all live in the valley. This happened about a month or two ago and I haven't gone back since. I love this boutique! Was so excited when they came to San Fernando, much needed! They have super cute stuff in a very cute setting with good music always playing in the background. Some people will say the prices are a bit high, and yes definitely higher than some women's clothing shops in the area but their items are hand selected and super cute. The customer service is great! What makes it worth it to me to maybe pay a bit more is the fact the girls are always helpful, will give you suggestions if you ask and bring you other pieces if needed! I had purchased 2 items at the Granada Hills store and they informed me 10 days to exchange. They didn't have a size for a jumper in the GH store but they did in the San Fernando store. I headed to the SF store and they would NOT let me exchange the items I purchased at the GH store at the SF store saying "IT WOULD SCREW WITH OUR INVENTORY." WTH??!?!? So basically I was assed out. Same store, Same Owner but the will NOT honor exchanges done between stores. Thats the dumbest policy ever. They didn't even tell me that prior to purchasing, they just told me you should check out our SF too knowing I'd be fucked. Great way to screw your customers! read more

First off, I do not like writing bad reviews but I have to share this experience. It was my pre birthday my friend and I were walking an stumbled across what I thought was a beautiful clothing store. They had a dress in the dark that I could see and pointed to my friend how much I loved the dress. On my birthday the next day he goes and buys what he thought was the dress. I get home look at it and its totally not the right dress. Lol. Now I appreciate him trying. I also understand people are freaking out about Covid 19. First off he tried to take it back and in the store other people's hands are all over touching the dresses their selling and they tell him he can't return the dress because of Covid. But you let other people in to shop and touch the dress we buy??? How the hell does this make sense? Im double vaccinated and all we wanted was to exchange the dress or get store credit. So while still trying to support this small business, my friend walks away with the dress and me responding by saying no worries, thank you he is now stuck with a dress and money wasted. Bad business people not a great way to do business. People are going maskless now and already vaccinated. Lighten up, people don't have money to waste on non sense. The store esthetic and trend is very modern and their marketing on social media is great! I started going to NBTrendy when they first opened because of the cute clothes, IG post, and reasonable prices. I stopped going because the prices went up significantly. I've actually saw a jumpsuit there for 50 bucks and randomly went to the SF swamp-meet and they had it there for 25 bucks! The new shoe store has reasonable prices they just never have shoe sizes available. I had been "stalking" their Instagram feed for a while and I would always always fall in love with something. I decided to drive out to the valley to pay this boutique a visit. Nicole was so sweet and attentive, she just made me feel so comfortable. Not exactly on my corner, but close enough theres never traffic getting to and from it. Boutique has very cute, quality, inexpensive, trendy clothing. They are always up to date with super current fashion and usually have a good selection of sizes. I follow their instagram to see new arrivals, and if you really want something new, best to grab it that day or else it may be gone! Let me start by saying that a store like this was needed in San Fernando! I loooove their style and i can easily see myself wearing everything they have. There are 2 downsides to this store, their sizing and pricing. I think their pricing is a little much for SOME of their items. I always buy my jeans from here and there're amazing quality.
