Nicolas upgraded my electrical panel to a higher voltage, removed and closed off the old box that the previous owner kept and misused as a junction box, and did it all with the necessary permits with the City. Before he was set to come, a ceiling fan dislocated from the ceiling and was hanging by the wiring, I texted Nicolas and he came to remove it that afternoon (previous owner used an incorrect graded connection for the ceiling fan).
