OMG!!! No one ever want to see bugs in their home but should they do.. You have to call NC Pest Control. I had them in one area of my home, Mike came in and looked things over. He actually saw them in an area I didn't. While there he notice a trail of ants, he took care of them. While outside he saw fire ants, he took care of them also....and get this, he charged NOTHING extra. This company has awesome customer service and they will get my business every time. Mike was very professional and polite. He arrived timely, didn't require me to move anything and it only took an hour. Greatest experience I've had in a long time. I highly recommend NC Pest Control. We are new to the area, and our house stood empty for a few months before moving in, so we had a bug problem. Not only did Mike treat the inside and outside, but gave me a lot of helpful advice to mitigate future problems. (eliminate branches touching the house, keep the gutters cleaned, etc.) He is extremely pleasant to talk to, is knowledgeable about pests, and is friendly. He is prompt to arrive, is very easy to communicate with, and their prices are extremely competitive. I started using NC Pest Control a few months ago when we were having some pest issues. I was told about Mike at NC Pest Control and had him come out. On the initial visit he was on time, very polite and friendly, and even gave me some tips of things I could do at home to keep the bugs away. On top of that, not only was the job done well, but the tech that serviced the office completely restored all outlet covers that were removed and restored everything to where it was.
