Went in to get an estimate a week prior and another customer was waiting and I asked her why she came here. She followed him from the dealer where he installed and she already had several cars done by him. If people follow your business like that, you are great at what you do. As a first time customer, I called at 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon looking for someone who could do a full detail inside & out on my beast of a Suburban that we had just sold privately literally an hour before. It needed some major tlc, hadn't seen a good scrubbing in months & was the regular mode of transport for a 3yr old messy Marvin & a 65lb shedding machine Husky. Needless to say the interior was a complete disaster with embedded fur in the upholstery, & crumbs/stuck on food galore hiding under the car seat. As I explained our situation to Jason I honestly did not have high hopes that he'd be able to help us since it was nearing closing time on Fri afternoon & they're closed on Sat's/Sun's. But to my utter disbelief Jason told me to come on in & they'd see what they could do. We were there by 3:30 & after assessing what they were up against, Jason said they'd do their best. He & his team worked on the Burb right up to 5pm. Got a call from Jason expecting him to say the Burb was ready to pick up, instead he said he'd really like to spend more time on the interior & asked if we'd be ok leaving it & he'd come in Sat (his day off!!) & work on it for another hour or so. Of course we said ok, but we truly felt bad he had to come in on his day off. But that just confirmed the kind of business owner Jason is...completely dedicated to his clients & to providing a quality, impeccable service at an affordable price point. The difficulty level of the interior cleaning with fur removal alone would warrant a $300+ detail (& rightly so), plus the exterior cleaning & all of the extra time & attention. But again, to my utter disbelief Jason stuck to the verbal quote he had given me when I called in Fri, sight unseen! And let me tell you, the before & after was nothing short of miraculous! These guys did a superb job & kept it affordable. I never leave reviews (& this one is a novel), but I wanted to give anyone who relies on reviews an idea of what level of service they can expect with Jason & his crew....extraordinary! There was an issue with my large front picture window that they were tinting; it had clear glue still on there from the window that did not show up until the film was applied. They apologized, and (although it was not their fault) made an appointment to come back to address the window and apply new film (which they did not have enough of with them at the time) They came back and everything was done perfectly.
