The lady told me they do and just make the reservation. I also asked about having someone else pay for the rental because I was just helping someone who doesn't drive move to another state. I was told we can do that. The day before the rental pickup, they called to ask for a credit card in my name. On the day of picking up the vehicle, they wouldn't pick us up from our address as I was initially told (and thus expected). When we arrived at the location, they also wouldn't use someone else's credit card (the person I'm helping move) unless they're in the account as an additional driver. He doesn't have a driver's license and doesn't drive. This was explained to them prior to booking. I wish they were upfront and not mislead customers and put us in a situation when we couldn't back out anymore. Other than that, I'm glad they did drop me off to my address after returning the vehicle, albeit waiting for a long time for someone available to drive me back.

She then informed me that the managers special meant they pick the car which was fine but the least expensive which is what Id paid for would be a fully electric vehicle. We were visiting family in Fayetteville, unfamiliar with the area... no idea of where to charge an electric car and definitely not at our families home, she said they took a long time to charge as well. The details of the contract were very well explained and reviewed before signing. And while they were busy, things moved along quickly for both picking up and returning my Chevy Malibu.
