7-29-25, theater 8. 5 seats sold as "recliners" were actually just standard seats with zero recline. Rows were too narrow so you had to climb over other guests to leave for restroom or concessions. Door to theater opens on the side so each time someone enters/exits, it interrupts the experience. Sound was standard, but not surround quality. Our seats were disgusting; they were damp and had an unpleasant odor that really detracted from the movie viewing. Overall, a terrible experience. We will not be back to this theater. read more

Had a pleasant experience when passing by Peachtree City. This NCG location is bigger than the one in Peachtree Corners and is located right next to a Costco. I can see why some reviewers say it's understaffed, but we came on an average day and it was fine. There's a big waiting area if you arrive early and your theater isn't ready yet. We bought online tickets and watched the Mario Movie. The theater had great reclining seats, seemed clean enough and the visual/audio experience was decent. From the outside it looks like an amazing gigantic theater. NCG is known for having the bins of candy and you usually can buy a refillable bowl and combine it with a pop, or popcorn. Anticipating this, we were going to order and it was not available. She said they did away with combos and everything is listed basically a la cart pricewise. The Coke Freestyle machine is amazing, however at this location 2 of the 6 machines had no ice and the Mello Yello tasted bitter. An employee was fixing a third one. We did see a cool looking Skittles vending machine for those with the mix and match urge. Pick 3 flavors of Skittles. Look at pic below. That is what $6 bought. Grrrrr. Went here the other day to watch the Super Mario Brothers movie. The strong smell of buttered popcorn in the lobby is very nostalgic. The movie started a few minutes late. There seemed to be a technical issue, which was a little annoying since we arrived early so as not to miss any part of the movie. Because of the technical issues, there were no trailers. It doesn't feel like the cleanest movie theater, but it wasn't extremely dirty either. I came here to watch Detective Pikachu as well. It is a solid movie theater experience. Movie tickets have gotten expensive these days. About $12.50 for a single adult evening movie ticket. I believe there are discounted tickets on Tuesdays. Surprisingly, the theater was almost empty on the Monday evening we went. It is nice to have a nearly empty theater. Overall, I had a decent movie viewing experience here. I purchased a ticket on-line today and I contacted the theatre as I had a family emergency happen and I informed them that I was going to be unable to attend the movie. I spoke to one young man on the phone who told me I could get a refund on-line. I was on-line while talking to him and I explained I wasn't given that option. He put another person (a man) on the phone that told me the only way I could get a refund was to drive to the cinema. I explained that wasn't possible given my personal situation. This man became so rude and unprofessional towards me and even went as far as telling me "well, you're out of luck". I spent $16.75 for a movie ticket and to get treated like this is so unacceptable! I was surprised that you now have to buy the popcorn flavored seasoning. I guess this is how it has been since the pandemic?? They now sell $1 small bottles of the used to be free seasoning. Honestly, I wish I could give more stars, but after yesterday, I just can't do it. Upon arriving, there was 1 person working the beverage and snack stand, he was kinda friendly, but only kinda. There were two others behind the bar, but they had no concern for the line of customers. One was eating her snacks and swaying back and forth, doing a great job at ignoring us customers in line. The hallway to get to theater #2 was dark. So dark that you could hardly see to walk. I tried to take a photo, but it literally showed nothing. The movie was good! So that's why I gave 2 stars. The theater was nice. When we left the theater, we were pretty stunned at how nasty the bathroom was. The smell of urine and smoke was so strong I could hardly stand it in there. Multiple toilets were broken, the soap dispenser and towels were broken off the wall, and there was a broom and cleaning supplies piled outside the door, but they were clearly not getting used. This place is managed so poorly. I know a lot of businesses are struggling, but come on y'all. Step it up. Also, fix your drinking fountain. I was thirsty, but wasn't about to go hunt for an employee to get me a refreshment. I'd stood in the line once already. read more

Used to be a lot better here a few years ago. I came here about 6 months ago to watch Spider-Man. Lots of teenagers at the registers in their phones and bunched up at one register while customers waited in line to be serviced. They were out of food they said, so it was a bit disappointing to think that we would enjoy some snacks and the movie. We just went with the movie so we should be grateful right? Well, the staff gave some nachos to one of their co workers who were getting off shift and one of the boys wiped his nose while preparing other snacks for a customer. Maybe they didn't like the way we looked, soooo no snacks for us right? If I really just want to watch a movie, I may come here again but I usually like a snack (and at least not knowing their unhealthy sanitary practices). Used to be a really nice cinema. read more

First, some advice to the chain: invest in a sign out by Hwy 54. I had no idea this building *was* a movie theater for the first several weeks I was in the area. There is literally NO indication what it is. Parking at least appeared ample. There is no 'box office' - you buy tickets inside at the same counter where you get concessions. That is not unique to this theater, but it is (as yet) still a bit unusual. Despite having a huge concessions counter, it was still busy. We got tickets for Logan and had to wait in a roped off queue for a few minutes for the theater to open up. Seating was fine; they haven't gotten the recliners installed here yet, but I have mixed feelings about those anyway, so not a problem. The pre-show 'entertainment' was the low point. I thought AMC set the bar low with their info-tainment before their movies, but this was even less appealing. It was basically a less-polished version of AMC's. Try to time your visit so that you show up during the first preview. The theater-experience itself was fine; no issues with the sound/projection/etc. They did seem to leave the side door to the hallway open for longer than necessary. Here, the theater does not have the sort of hallway entry that some others do; the door lets out onto the main concourse the connects all the theaters. This is more distracting until the door gets shut. I was about ready to walk across the theater to do it myself when someone showed up and closed it. The only other bone I'll pick is not with the theater, but with the patrons. Hey - if you're taking your kindergarten-er to see Logan, you have parenting issues. Seriously. read more

Get a 4 star for the theater itself and 2 star for the logistics of getting there. Nice theater and cool set up with the buy a ticket and refreshments in one spot, self serve popcorn and sodas. Biggest problem is the logistics of getting into the parking lot and getting out of the parking lot. I'm sure it will change over time as they finishing developing the area. Currently the entrance is unmarked and is just a side entrance with a median on the hwy. If you are coming from the West on 34/54, you have to go to the light a mile down the road in peachtree city and make a uturn. There is a regular turn lane built but not available as it stops at the highway and is just a dirt drop off, but you'll likely turn in there because that is the intersection for Fisher Crossing, only to find out you have to remerge with traffic. If you are coming East of 34/54, slow down as you approach that intersection because about 50 feet before it, is the actual entrance that is unmarked. You only see the theater after you pass by it. Then logic would tell you there is turn off the road that Sams is on, but noooo it has a chain lock on the gate keeping it from being open to get into the parking lot, so just hang a U at that intersection and go back to peachtree city and make another u turn and go slower so you can find the entrance. Be sure to do this by day, even harder at night to find an unmarked, unlit entrance. And leaving it is another thrilling experience.... literally, if you don't want to go a half mile down the road to make a uturn to go back to peachtree city, you can zoom across 34/54 and whip a right turn through the orange barriers to the fisher crossing exit and hang a uturn there. read more

I liked the fact that you buy your ticket and buy your snacks all at the same time. We saw Captain America Civil War in 3D extreme, although I'm still not sure of how that differs from just 3D, but the movie was good. Horrible experience. The manager harassed my 13-year-old daughter for bringing a plastic bag to mix the seasoning with her popcorn. Absolutely disgusting. He intimidated her after he told me to leave the movie theater because I brought in a water bottle with water in it! Even after I suggested to pour out the water, he kept on pushing me and asking if I was looking for trouble! He waited to start harassing my daughter while I was returning the plastic bottle to my car. What a scumbag. My daughter only told me after we got back home. She was visibly upset. Shame on you. I know you wanna make money on your concession stand, but these practices are absolutely disgusting. I would urge everybody who reads this to boycott their concession stand and not buy anything. read more

My, oh my, has this place gone downhill. Went to see Daddy's home 2 on Christmas Day. Went to theater 8. As we took a seat in the back, the row smelled of disgusting puke. There seemed to be no clean up from the previous showing. There was trash littering the hallway leading up to the theaters. Clean up crew seemed to be nonexistent. This used to be a good, clean theater but it really needs to be renovated. The cloth seats need to go, to avoid nasty funk. More theaters are going towards leather seating with recliners, like the Regal Georgian Cinema in Newnan. NCG needs a major overhaul! read more

Absolutely awful experience at this establishment. A particular manager by the name of Alexis was extremely rude and unhelpful. She smelled of vodka and cigarettes and would not give me a refund for the movie after the projector shut off. i previously tried to get a refund for the popcorn because the employee at the counter stuck his hand in the popcorn and ate it then continued to fill my popcorn up. After that the manager was screaming at and employee for helping another one clean which caused the employee to cry and she kept yelling at her. during my refund she was saying prophane words under her breathe and was whispering to the other employees about how much of a pain it was to simply do her job. I would never recommend to go to this establishment it was disgusting and absolutely awful. There was so much trash under the seat it was spilling out and there was a used tampon on the ground.
