Movie seat

My husband and I went to go see Despicable Me 4 this evening for the 7:15 showing. VERY unpleasant experience. When we purchased our tickets, the gentleman didn't even tell us which theater to go to. Once we get to our seats, they were incredibly cracked and it felt like there was no cushion. You could feel the metal in the seat. And the WORST part of the experience, the movie was turned on in 3d. Keep in mind this was supposed to be a standard showing so we did not get glasses, resulting in the movie being blurry the ENTIRE time.

Omg! They turn the AC off in the theatre! It was like a sauna. Then the movie started and they turn it on so low!! We won't be returning. I also ordered a pretzel & the guy just says, "I think we are out of pretzels. So just the soda?" Uh. You think? Didn't bother to ask again. That was before going into the movie theatre sauna. More reasons not to come back. Bathroom is disgusting!!

$50 for three large drinks and three medium popcorns (they were out of large) and $42 for three tickets. Almost $100 dollars to see a movie.... These are the only straw available. Not only are the unwrapped but they don't even fit the cups. Normally the germs from other people's hands alone would bother me... but during covid times, this is just unforgivable.

Over 40 people here and only 2 lines open to buy tickets and snacks. Shameful

I've attached a photo of how bad customer service is here. My wife and I took our 2 grand sons to see "Doolittle". First off I drop $100 there for the 4 of us between the tickets and snacks. No wonder no one goes to the theater anymore. But let's back up a little. When we get there the ticket booth outside is closed with a sign that says to go to concessions for tickets. Ok. I can do that. The concession has 2 people working to support all the people in the photo that I've attached. Luckily for us we were one of the people towards the front but the 2 guys behind the counter were so slow it was crazy. They have NO customer service here to allow this to happen. Sham on the managers and sham on the employees for having such poor work ethics to move so slow. No one ever said sorry or even tried to make anyone feel like they were actually trying to help us.

The tall chairs are very comfortable, and this theater makes a nice stop for a date in Ashley Park.

This is an upscale experience with reclining seats that includes 2 seats per pod. Super cozy for a date night. Complimentary blankets are included at every seat for your enjoyment, at no additional cost. Now let's get to the fun part! IPIC is not your typical movie theater as they have a full bar with cleverly crafted cocktails, my favorite had to be the Lavender Lemonade. It's cool and refreshing and so esthetically beautiful that you question if you should drink it or admire it. But wait there is more, on top of having a full service bar they also have a full menu! Yes you still have the typical popcorn and candy option but they also include such dishes as spicy tuna on crispy rice, charcuterie and cheese platter, lobster rolls just to name a few. Everything is savory and delicious! They do validate parking, allowing guests to park in the garage for a discounted rate. Validation usually brings the cost to approximately $3-$3.50 for 4.5 hours. The cost of tickets range from $14 - $28 per ticket. I have come many times and plan on coming back many times more. IPIC has officially become my favorite theater!

There was no notification, no auto-renewal, and no indication in the app that I had ever been a Gold member. For a premium theater experience that relies heavily on app-based ordering in a dark theater, the lack of transparency was frustrating. Unfortunately, the experience only went downhill from there. There was a noticeable sewage smell in parts of the theater, which immediately took away from the upscale atmosphere IPIC is known for. I was also disappointed to learn that the blankets, one of the signature touches that made IPIC feel special, are no longer available. The food quality has also declined. I ordered the chicken tenders, and even staff acknowledged they are using a different supplier than they did in the past. The difference was noticeable, and not for the better. To make matters worse, our drinks took an exceptionally long time to arrive. I've happily paid premium prices at IPIC for years because the experience felt worth it. This visit felt like a series of cost-cutting measures wrapped in a higher-end price tag. Between the membership confusion, declining food quality, slow service, unpleasant odor, and removal of amenities, it's hard to justify the value compared to what IPIC used to offer. I hope management takes a hard look at the customer experience because the brand that earned my loyalty over the last two years feels very different today.

You get to see two movies one Friday at 8:30 and the other start at 10:30. The movie that played were great movies. We only made it for part of the 830 movie but our experience was to see the 1030 movie which was scream seven. It was great. I have never been to the drive-in movie theater and this experience is what I was looking forward to. They had a concession stand, but we didn't use it as we had our own food, but the vibe was amazing. Stay in your own vehicle and just put your feet up. Please turn your lights off when you go to the movie theater so we all can see the screen. I highly recommend trying this place.

The lines for spaces are quite dull once you arrive at your screen so find a space and hope nobody parks in front of you. The snack bar was sufficiently adequate with drinks, candy, and popcorn, but you can bring your own if you so choose. Tickets are $10 per person, saving anywhere from $12-$20 for 2 people to go vs a traditional movie theatre. The sound and screen quality was good for an outdoor movie and we enjoyed the nostalgia of watching a movie under the stars. Leaving was easy enough and I enjoyed my time there. For non IPIC worthy movies, the Starlight Drive In is a good alternative for a wholesome nostalgia boost!

I was here to watch the recent release of Wuthering Heights, and my viewing experience was great! The quality felt much better than a typical AMC. I will say are a bit squished if you're looking for comfort over style. They were only a few in the theater that I watched my film, and as you'd expect they could recline or have much room to stretch your legs out in. Luckily, this wasn't a necessity for me, but if you'd like to make yourself at home, be warned. The price for a small popcorn was a pretty standard seven dollars. I didn't get to look at the rest of their offering, but it seems they had traditional movie concessions. Overall, love the vibe of this theater and hold definitely be back!

So I just physically bought my ticket at the concession stand. I actually hate that they change how you buy your tickets and you don't buy them before you walk through. You have to buy them at the concession stand now. There was only one person working that area so he was ringing up tickets and fixing food. Which made things a pretty slow process. I actually saw two movies in one day so the first interaction moved a little faster. But the second movie it took a minute because the people in front of me were joking and laughing and playing so they slowed down the process. At one point, I even saw a manager walk-through. The young man asked her to help with the popcorn . She did, but then walked away after that. I still had to wait for several more minutes before he finished up their order they paid and left. My second movie started at 5:30 and I stood in line waiting to buy my ticket and to go in and didn't get help until about 5:47. The guy apologize that it took so long with the people in front of me. But I think that they should have at least two people running the confession stand area. One person making the food and one person ringing up the tickets and the food purchases. Things will run a lot smoother. I can only imagine what it's like if there's a line of people. Again, if the app would have been applying the price for the discount Tuesday, which is $6.99 I would've just purchased through my app and it would've been a much smoother process. So I think that's something that they should look into. The theater that went in both were fairly clean and pretty empty. It was only me and maybe a couple other people so that was great. I did go to the restroom after the first movie. The one that's inside the theater. The bathroom was nasty. Each toilet had pee and tissue all in it except the handicap. I felt bad for having to use that one, but it was the cleanest out of all. I usually don't go to this theater and now I kinda remember why I don't.
