Look elsewhere for a legitimate company with integrity. I had hail damage to my roof, siding, and…read moregutters/downspouts. Long story between then and now. Bottom line, Swagg completed ALMOST all of the work, but my job has gone unfinished. Last June, in good faith, I paid them 1/3 of the bill for the rest of the work they had yet to complete. This includes repairing the damage done to my siding during the re-roofing process. It also includes replacing the rest of the downspouts insurance didn't cover, so everything would match. They have called a handful of times to collect the balance, and I keep asking them to finish the job, including all details as promised. To placate me, they finally sent a local gutter company over yesterday. What a waste of time. Here for less than 5 minutes and not knowing the details or history, and no desire or effort to learn, he declined the job. Here for less than 5 minutes, he didn't even care to see the whole house. I felt like he came over to report back to Swagg that there is no more to do here. He then disparaged me to the Swagg employee who pretends to help me, who then agreed with the characterization given by the sub. It is more of a collaboration between the men in order to diminish me, which gives them the right to dump me as a customer and insist the job is done. What a joke, what a racket...Swagg cashed in on the insurance, never fixed the damage made BY THEM, and still won't live up to their promises, then further offending me. I want my job done as promised; not to be relieved of what I owe them.

We were a skeptical already but after looking at his business card, Manager was spelled, M-A-N-G-E-R. Very professional. We set up an appointment for 2 days later and, behold, NO SHOW. I would be very cautious doing business with this company.

On a Saturday in May of this year, Billings, MT received a substantial hail storm that pounded my house and devastated our lush landscaping. The next morning after church, my family and I were in the yard picking up debris, mending damaged foliage, and trying to assess the damage. We were all in funk due to the trauma of having so much damage to our home. Along came Dustin Swaggerty, an employee of yours, who I deemed a 'Storm Chaser' the first time I met him. It didn't take long for me to appreciate this young man and consider trying to steal him away from Aspen for my own business. So here we are on a Sunday in May, and Dustin is up on my roof the day after the storm. He noticed a damaged skylight that would then be a place for water to enter my home and cause further damage should it rain. By mid-afternoon of that very day, my skylight was waterproofed with a tarp thanks to Dustin. It remained so until the new custom skylight could be manufactured and installed roughly two months later. It rained many times during that period, yet it never leaked. Due to the issues with locating my skylight then having it custom built, it took a while for Aspen to actually fix my roof. During this period, Dustin would call, text and email as to the status of the replacement skylight so I never had to ask or wonder about the status of my roof being completed. Dustin also worked directly with my insurance company and brought to their attention numerous items they had missed, as well the need for a more expensive skylight than they had figured. Money was deposited into my account and I received emails from Dustin explaining why even before my insurance company gave me a heads up. Outstanding! Once work began on my home, the crew was in and out in less than two days. On top of that, they were friendly & polite, without a single word of bad language. They cleaned up so well before they left, you wouldn't know they were even there. Your service, workmanship, and employees are exemplary and I wanted to express my gratitude for making a devastating situation so much better. You can't have great employees without great leadership. Kudos to the folks in charge at Aspen Roofing.

Chris Berry was understanding and genuine in wanting to help us with our roof. Their estimate was very reasonable and Ben, the manager, came out and visited with us to let us know all of our options. I'm incredibly happy to say our new roof was installed today! Chris, Ben, another Chris, and the entire Aspen staff took exceptional care of us and were in constant communication with us, and their crew was courteous, efficient, and very thorough in their clean-up, I highly recommend them!

We really wanted to keep the original door since it is something special but getting the hardware updated was an absolute nightmare. Hours of poring over catalogues, looking at eBay auctions trying to find vintage parts brought up nothing. I spoke with at least four different locksmiths in town including some who specialize in old houses and absolutely nothing came of it. We had actually gotten to the point where we were going to give up and look at having a replacement door made so we could have modern hardware that will allow us to properly lock our front door. We found Rocky Mountain door by pure chance and after a couple of phone calls and in about two weeks, the original door was taken down taken to their shop and had nice modern hardware fitted to it and I think the door is ready for another hundred years. I am really looking forward to working with them on several other projects we have around the house. I give them my wholehearted, unrestrained and unequivocal endorsement.

After that their service and attitude only warrants 1 star. They loaded the french door unto the pick up bed Box. They had trouble with securing it. I told him I had to get to Laurel with it. "You'll be fine" Unfortunately I made it about 2 miles down the road, when I actually saw the tie down give way. Pulled over by 32nd/Central, 2 nice gentlemen from State Farm came out and assisted. But again, I made it another mile before the tie-down gave way. I called my husband and son, and the three of us spent another hour reloading the door and securing it properly. When I called to let them know loading was NOT good, it was a flippant "sorry about that". When I called back to speak with the owner, he gave me only excuses why it was my trucks fault. I really wanted for them to apologize and remember NOT TO LOAD the next vehicle like that. The door installed really nice. They built a good product, in a short amount of time. So I spent money locally, (which is good) they had the product to me quickly (another point), the product is excellent in quality (no air leaks) but service and customer satisfaction is thumbs down. I had an interior french door to purchase, which I did at the local Lowe's store, they missed those $$
