The window framing is missing from inside . We asked Dwaine to come up with some solution but he refused it. When we asked for reimbursement, he became verbally aggressive. When we reported Radical design and construction to BBB and Attorney General, he answered with lies and accusations without any proof . We don't recommend his service.

The man did not remove firebricks when cleaning the stove, the flue pipe came loose when doing chimney. I asked them to check the pipe, since it has been a problem before. He said the pipe was fine. Angelo charged me 30 % more than than the previous year, and no senior discount. Two weeks later, I can't close the draft, it was clogged with ashes; then I saw flames coming out of the flue pipe where the pipes are connected. So, the man did not check it as I asked.
