I'd like to make it clear that I was not under the influence while at this location. They were unaware that I could hear them, due to me wearing headphones. The justification for the things they said was "it's okay, he can't hear us, he had headphones on." I ended up putting the products I had planned on purchasing back, and leaving. This was very unprofessional behavior and I do not feel comfortable coming back to this location, or any other location for that matter.

I returned there today to address the issue and was rudely told it was not from the install but rather the soft rubber window gasket. If the scratches could have been caused (which they couldn't possibly have) by the rubber gasket, they would be vertical not horizontal. They did a shoddy install on a mustang that I had them do 8 or 9 years ago which still looks awful to this day. As a small business owner I do know a little bit about customer service and what I experienced today was awful. I will never take a vehicle there again. I now understand why there are no positive reviews for this business. Stay away from this place.

They are located on Upper Free Bridge Road, which used to lead to the old Upper Free Bridge going across the Illinois River that dates back to the 1800's. The part of the road that is closer to the old bridge site is overgrown but there are lots of old commercial vehicles back there that have no way of getting out at this point. This is one of the most remote, creepiest places in the Peoria area.

No wonder they wouldn't clear when they wiped, lol! This Advance Auto employee removed the guards (which look like part of the packaging) for me!!
