Neapolitan Spa is hands down the best spa I've ever been to in Naples, Florida. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, calming, and welcoming the space was. Every corner is spotless and thoughtfully designed to help you relax the moment you step through the door. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. You can really tell they care about each client's experience. The therapists are excellent--attentive, skilled, and in tune with exactly what your body needs. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and honestly wishing I had booked a longer session! What really sets this place apart is the owner, Tony. He is one of the kindest, most genuine people I've met. You can tell he takes great pride in what he's built, and it reflects in every detail of the spa and how smoothly everything runs. My husband gave me a birthday gift Groupon Certificate to Neapolitan Spa for a massage. Before going, I couldn't even bend my knee. My sciatica muscle was causing me to feel a lot of pain and always gave me a hard time since my job requires me to stand for long amounts of time. I thought I'd try this place out. It was awesome! I haven't stopped going ever since! And my sciatica pain is gone!! I can bend my knee now with no problem!! They Always have Great customer service! Tony always greets you with a beautiful smile! This was my first time at Neapolitan Spa but certainly will not be my last. They were so accommodating to my daughter and I when I called that day to see if we could get in for massages. From the moment we got there we felt very welcome. This is not a super fancy spa that looks like a plastic surgeon's office, but that's not what we were looking for . We really just wanted a really good traditional Chinese massage and that's exactly what we got. They asked lots of questions about how much pressure we like and if there was any area that we didn't want worked on. We felt very comfortable the entire time. I saw this spa on Groupon and decided to take advantage of their coupon. I made my appointment very easily and quickly. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by a man (manager? owner?) and welcomed inside. I let them know that I was a little early for my appointment but they took me right away. The massage was wonderful. I did not come here for a fancy facility or coconut water after, I came here for a quality massage. The facility is very basic, but it is clean and welcoming on the inside. My 90 minute massage was excellent. I had a woman masseuse, I do not remember her name but she made sure that I was okay with the pressure and really took her time to do a great job. I felt much better when I left and was given a bottle of water and a friendly farewell. Very glad that I found this hidden gem! read more

This place is so AWESOME! My Mom, Daughter and I went in for a foot massage while vacationing in Naples. I called Neapolitan ahead of time and spoke with Tony and he was able to book us all in together. We arrived at our appointment with a wonderful greeting from Tony as he rolled out the red carpet for us! This was my Mom and Daughters first foot massage and they were so relaxed and had such a great time. Alex did a great job with my massage and is so sweet! I purchased a one hour foot massage through Group-On and I was very pleased with my service from Luis. The place may be challenging for some to find, however when I called to set up my appointment Tony was very good at texting me very specific directions so I had no problem finding the spa. I received an excellent foot massage from Luis. He was very kind and gave the perfect pressure for a relaxing experience. You might share the room with another customer, however just sit back and close your eyes and you will never know you are not alone. I have never in my life received a better spa than this place. I live in Michigan and my sister and her husband treated me and my boyfriend to a couples massage. I told the guy exactly what was bothering me beforehand and it felt like he was in my head when it came to finding all my spots I had tension. Other places I have been literally would give me the basic massage, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The massage you get here is a mix between Chinese and Thai massage that beats Swedish or deep tissue massage provided at a regular spa. I found this spa at the recommendation of a relative. A very quaint little place right off the US 41 that goes through Naples. Tony and Alex are two of the nicest guys I've ever met and made feel comfortable during my first visit. My therapist Lana was wonderful and professional. Tony was super helpful and accommodating to my boyfriend and I, offering us water and even asked if I wanted to sit in the room with him. The price was perfect for the experience. To start, Neapolitan offered the best massage I've ever gotten! The owner is very responsive in the appointment making process and is willing to jump through hoops to accommodate you!
