It was confirmed within hours after booking, then again the day before scheduled cleaning (today) that they would arrive between 12pm and 2pm on 9/23. 12-2 came and went, they didn't show up. I waited until 2:35pm to look at my messages from Amazon (because even though they will text you a confirmation, they apparently will only cancel last minute via Amazon messages) suspecting something might be there. There was a cancellation at 2:19pm. No reason, just that they canceled. No one else was available upon short notice. Amazon tried their darndest to call around (they called 15 other cleaners) to get me someone, but no one was available, understandably. This service was booked to deep clean the upstairs of a large house that we were sharing with housemates. The housemates lived downstairs and when we moved out, they were to continue living there, more upstairs and we needed to clean to give them a fresh start and have our standard rental walkthrough done the following day to complete our move-out. While this isn't J's Complete Cleaning Service's problem, this scenario made for some extremely inconvenient consequences for us. I am not happy with J's, they have access to our phone number, according to Amazon, therefore should have been able to call and work things out, but instead they let me know after the fact that they weren't going to be there. Thanks, J's... I rescheduled a cleaner at an incredibly inconvenient expense for later this week, and I hope that is it NOT J's.

I scheduled a cleaning for today, and received all the confirmations. I took the time off work to be home during their arrival window. Then today, I went back out to the website and it looks as if they moved my appointment to next week. No other communication. No call. I was counting on this cleaning, so I would be ready for other work this weekend. Now I have the 10hours of cleaning I had scheduled in front of me. Very disappointing!!! I have e-mailed and left a message. So far, no response. Maybe they'll respond to this review.

Other services require a fixed schedule and/or more than what I was able to afford. Tiffany was very accommodating to what I wanted - three bathrooms and the kitchen cleaned. If I can't get the whole house, at least the rooms that are high use. She gave me a quote and we scheduled. I recently had a deep clean done from another service, so the quote was based on that. Apparently, they had a different idea of what that meant. She was unable to finish and will need to return (communicating throughout the service) BUT when I came home I quickly understood. My bathroom looks FANTASTIC! The baseboards, underneath the counter, the grout lines...she absolutely did a deep clean. I told my husband he'll have to get a side hustle so we can have her do the whole house to match the rooms she cleaned. I am thrilled and hope to get on some kind of schedule to help with upkeep!
