However, for a move out/move in cleaning they are not well equipped. They did not sweep under my small oven ( i found dust, cobwebs, and dead spiders). They did not have a mop, so my wood floor was only swept - and I guess no vacuum for nooks and crannies. and while they washed the bathroom sink, they didn't scrub the build up around the faucet (which i cleaned with some q-tips afterwards). I was charged a flat rate of $200 for my small studio, which seemed like a good deal until I realized that they were doing a real basic wipe down of surfaces that lasted 2 hrs. While service was cordial, the actual cleaning seemed rushed. Moving is already pretty stressful, and I'm happy to pay a business for easing the burden of making a room ready for move in. Back in LA, a cleaning of this quality costs about $80 (for two hours). I sent Dina a message afterwards about some of my grievances but she did not respond. I'll take some responsibility for not thoroughly checking the job afterwards (cleaning is not my strong suit, which is why I hired the business). Anyways, if ya need to light cleaning done fast, I'm sure they'd square you away - anything else, I'm not so sure.

She did an exceptional job! It had Very old appliances from the 80's look brand new. I've never known any cleaning service in all my years of using them that can get things looking brand new. The refrigerator was immaculate along with all the other appliances in my kitchen. The wood & tile floors were spotless. All the baseboards showed no dirt or dust anywhere. The tub, showers, toilets, countertops etc looked brand new. I'm have an extremely detailed eye and expect a lot and was totally blown away by her cleaning abilities and what she expects from her people. Mariah is a wonderful person with a good heart. Her employees really respect her. My home is 3600 sq ft, 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths with a very large kitchen, living room, den, dining etc. It took her and her team of 5, 3 days to finish which was in perfect timing for the delivery of our household goods. I asked for a mere $50 discount (or less!) not a 50% discount, and repeated that numerous times. I outlined clearly how I'd come to that number, with proof of the costs of the missing and damaged items. I sent photos of my damaged items and missing items. They completely ignored all of this. It's ironic that their name is "Dirty Deeds" because these people truly are criminals. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Edit: I discovered many things missing and damaged. When I pointed these out to the company, they ignored me. When I reported this to the BBB, they lied and threatened to take me to small claims court, despite previously stating that any missing or damaged items would be covered by their insurance. No doubt they will respond to this with more lies and slander. Do not work with this business. I paid for a deep clean and mild organization, and the results I got were more lackluster than expected. While my apartment was a total mess before and I appreciate their hard work, I wish they would've been more thorough per their outline of what they consider a deep clean. They offered to come back and fix the problems, but I this was not feasible for me - and their insistence that fixing it would only take a few minutes made it rather clear to me that their definition of "thorough" and my definition of thorough are actually rather different. They also insisted they would do better in the future, but I only wanted a one-time cleaning to get my apartment back on track, not a regular thing. I feel they should've just gotten it right the first time, especially since they had five people in my tiny 1-bedroom. I don't think you should feel the urge to clean after your cleaning company has left. Yes they offered to fix the problems, but considering that's not feasible for me, a discount was not offered. This was the cheapest so far however the service has also been less than satisfactory. It was clear that several areas of the house were untouched and left dusty like baseboards and fireplaces. I found a room not even vacuumed. An Entire room. Other areas specifically around the bathroom were left dirty specifically around the floors near toilets, faucets, shower grout. I scrubbed these areas myself following the service and it easily came off with hot water and a scrub. So this tells me that the problem is effort related. I complained and they were able to come back the next business day, but still there were unresolved issues that I clearly listed after I inspected their initial clean. Despite this, the communication however was adequate. They were available on short notice. Staff was friendly to talk to. Overall, my impression is that if you want an inexpensive service this place is great, but service is definitely still left to be desired.

Out of the 3 house cleaning services I've used during this process, MPL cleaning was by far the best. Kori was on the ball, very good at communicating with me and getting me scheduled fast. They were even accommodating when TPU turned off my power and water before they were supposed to. I can't remember the name of the cleaner who was at my house both days, but I really liked her.
