I also go for the occasional Botox and filler. Joleen and Sonia are great, I don't favor one over the other. They're both very knowledgeable and I trust their opinions. The office staff is very polite and professional. The prices for services are reasonable. They have a lot of good monthly specials. I also really like that they list the prices of all their services on their website. The only criticism I have is the $80.00 office visit fee, but I think it's just for when you get hormone therapy. To me it seems a bit excessive, but I understand the need to turn a profit. You get what you pay for. Quality.

No overselling! I was able to offer a suggestion of creating refill syringes for touchups, and rather than the rejection other places were quick to respond with, she said she'd bring it to the guy in charge! Today. 1/27/2022 I get an email "Results are pending you need to retest this week". This is unacceptable. After feeling terrible taking them I felt like it was getting worse and brought up derealization and depersonalization and she only told me I was more depressed then I thought I was and was never spoken about it again. Since I was about 10 she always said I was over weight and I am now 17 she told me again while looking me up and down that I was overweight when I average 115-120 and am 5'3 ish. Only time she didn't say something about me weight was when I was 16 and had an ED and was 100 that I still struggle with today that she has yet to do something about it. Last time I went she repeatedly asked me to do my covid shot while I was there after I said no each time. No means no. Each time I go to the doctors I now don't eat the day of or before to try to feel better about my weight after she says I'm over weight. Again not recommend by me and never will.
